I can't believe it. I completely confronted Travis with my feelings and he didn't say anything. Maybe I should've believed him when he said he only likes me as a brother. I'm so completely utterly mad at him it's ridiculous. It's bad enough that I let him get to me. Honestly, I have more important things to do right now. There's a war going on.

"Hey Katie." I cringe. Shouldn't he know not to mess with me right now? I don't want to turn around. He shouldn't see the tears forming in my eyes.

"Travis," I acknowledge him with a croaked voice, looking down.

"Katie do you want to spar maybe? The war is coming up so I want to get as much practice in as possible." He says looking at me.

He's such an idiot. Doesn't he know he shouldn't talk to me right now? Maybe sparring will take my mind off things.

"Sure." I say still not looking at him.

"I can't believe you!" The door to my cabin slams shut and I hear the unmistakable voice of Silena Bauregaurd.

"Hi Silena." I say in a small voice.

"Katie!! Open your eyes up please! You like him!" She yells at me. Shaking my shoulders.

"Yeah. I do." I tell her. When have I ever kept anything from Silena. "But Silena it doesn't even matter. He doesn't even like me! He's told me not once, but twice that he likes me as a sister. A sister!!" I feel the tears pinching at the back of my eyes.

"Silena," I say in a whisper. I'm begging her now. "Silena what do I do?"

She looks at me with a knowing smirk on her face. Taking my face in her hands, she tells me, "Katie, maybe he made a mistake. He is human."

"But how do you know?" I plead.

"Katie, Katie, Katie." She shakes her head at me. "You're not the only one that comes to me for love advice."

"Travis!" Connor yells when he sees me walking towards the Hermes cabin.

Taking a deep breath to calm my nerves, I walk toward the cabin.

"Hi Travis."
