"Reveal your boss, now!" Togami shouted to Monokuma. Monokuma smiled and stepped to the side. Fog surrounded him and the mastermind herself.
Junko Enoshima
The rules were simple. If we won Junko died, if she won we all died. Monokuma was willing to convert to hope because of me, he pulled strings to allow me to live if we lost. Monokuma adored me, so I know it was hard for him to fight against me.
We whizzed through the trial, debunking every one of Junkos pitiful lies. We finally shines hope into this hellhole of despair. Junko stood shocked as we through the final blow.
"What do you have to say?" Aoi yelled
"Ahaha...aha...AHAHAHA the whole house of cards...crashing down upon me? At the final moment! Gah! How despair filling! Oh well~! Come on lets get this over with, I've been a bad girl..." she laughs and hits the button. Monokums eyes widened as he watched his master, or as he referred to her "Mama" walk to the execution room.
Monokuma stood by me watching the trial.
"No..." he said softly. He watched as Junkos body went through more and more excruciating pain. "Mama...please" he whispered again tears coming to his eyes. I wrapped my arms.
"Monokuma...its gonna be okay" I whispered
"Mama..." is all he said
"Please, Monokuma...you don't have to be in pain anymore. Im here now" I kissed his cheek. He fell to the floor on his knees.
The final part of her execution was arriving. Monokuma scrambled to the chain link fence.
"No! Mama! No no no no no! Please! Please...dont leave me! D-Dont do this...I cant...I can't do it Mama! Please! You can't go! No!" He cried out to Junko bashing his head against the fence. He scream and cried for her. Then he jumped over the fence.
"Monokuma!" I screamed running to grab him.
He stood at the front of the conveyor belt unable to reach Junko.
"No..." Junko was glaring at Monokuma
"Dont interfere" she said
"Please..."
"Dont ruin this for me! You useless piece of shit! You disgust me...you're pathetic!"
"I...I am arent I?" He laughs and watched as Junko got closer and closer to death. He fell to his knees. "Dont...leave me..." he whispered. Junko glared at him till the final breath she took.
"I hate you, and I always will" she smiled and held up a peace sign.
BAM!
"NO!" Monokuma screeched and held an arm out. He slapped his hand over his mouth and tears fell from his heterochromic eyes. The light implanted in his red eye started glitching out due to the tears. He winced in pain and cried. He smashed his fist to the floor, blood started to come out of his hand. "I-I failed you, Mama...please forgive me..." he said. He looked back at his students and he looked at me. I smiled and opened the gate, stretching my hand out.
"Come on..." he walked towards me and grabbed my hand. He stared blankly at the floor.
"I hate...being left...alone..." he said
"You're not alone. You will never be alone as long as I'm here, Monokuma. I love you, and I always will. I'm going to be right by your side. I'll be rooting for you and fighting by you" I kissed him deeply. He pulled away quickly.
"Just...lets just go" he whispered. We left the execution room and walked to the exit. We stared at the door and Makoto opened the door. I stared out at the disastrous world. Monokuma looked at me. He mouthed words to me...it took me a second to read his lips.
"Im sorry"
Makoto, Aoi, Togami, Toko, Kyoko, and Yasuhiro fell to the floor surrounded in a pool of blood.
"W-What..." I gasped
"I cant...let you leave" he said
"But you...were gonna come with me!" I yelled
"If you got killed out there...id truly be alone"
