Chapter 10

I was pacing back and forth the living room, waiting for Nash to call again to see if he was ok. It was currently Midnight, I had already put Olivia to sleep, and Cameron was waiting with me.

"Alexa you should go to sleep, I'll wake you up when Nash calls." Cameron came up behind me.

"Cameron I can't" I shook my head.

"Alexa , go to bed and don't worry, you look tired you need rest." Cameron stopped me from pacing and looked me straight in the eyes.

"Fine, but promise me when he calls wake me up."I hugged him.

"I will." He hugged me back."I'm glad you're back."

I woke up to the sound of two people talking. I got out of the bed and made my way over to the living room. I hid behind the door and heard a familiar voice.

"Who are you?" Cameron asked.

"Boy you don't want to mess with me, just tell me where Alexa is and no trouble will come to you or your friends." By now I had noticed who it was, it was Frank.

"I don't know an Alexa, now please leave." Cameron said closing the door.

"I'm not leaving until you tell me where she is." he stopped the door.

"Get the hell out of my house!" Cameron yelled about to slam the door but he punched him in the jaw.

"I'm here! Just please let him go, and I'll go." I took a big gulp.

"Aha there's my Alexa, now come on and you're going to pay for what you did." He smirked.

"Alexa, no, don't." Cameron groaned.

"Cameron, don't worry I'll be fine just take care of Olivia."
