Chapter 29

//1 month later\\
It's been a month and I have started the clinical trials  so far I was living and nothing bad has happened, I just hope it stays that way. My hair went from long to short and my collarbones were much more visible.

"What do you want for breakfast?" Nash asked.

"How 'bout bacon and eggs."

"Sounds good to me." He kissed my forehead and took out the pans to cook.

"Where are the kids?" I yawned.

"They're still asleep, Harrison actually woke up in the middle of the night." 

"Really? Jeez I was knocked out."

"I swear you were snoring last night." He chuckled.

"Wow that makes me feel better about myself."

"I'm just kidding."

"Mama!" I heard Olivia's cheerful voice as she came downstairs.

"Olivia!" I yelled back and carried her. "How's my beautiful baby girl."

"Good."

"You ready to go to Disneyland today?"

"Disneyland!" She put her hands up in the air and giggled.

"How's my beautiful girl?" Nash came over and kissed her cheek. "Ok breakfast is ready."

"Let's go eat Mamas" I put her down and we walked back into the kitchen.

"So what ride should we go on first?" Nash asked.

"Ariel!" Olivia yelled and jumped up and down.

"Ok well go on the little Mermaid first." I chuckled.

"Yay!"

We walked towards the ride and there wasn't a line.

"Well I guess lets go in." I smiled.

"Wait Nash, babe, give me sec." I said and sat down on a bench. We had barely gone on three rides and I was tired of walking around.

"What's wrong?" He sat down next to me with Olivia and Harrison.

"I'm just tired." I breathed out.

"You wanna go home?"

"No I don't want to ruin your day." I slightly smiled."Here, give me Harrison and you guys go on buzz light year."

"Mommy are you ok?" Olivia asked.

"Yeah I'm fine baby." 

"Babe we can go home and do something else, it's ok." He rubbed my back.

"Ok fine." I sighed. I got up and made our way to the exit of disney land. My breathing got heavier and I felt weak.

We had finally gotten to the car and the kids had fallen asleep right away. Music was playing lightly in the background and I felt tears in my eyes. Sometimes I just felt useless.

"Babe you ok?" Nash rested his hand on my thigh and squeezed lightly.

"Yeah." I sniffled and wiped my tears.

"Pink you're not, please talk to me."

"It's nothing I just hate this."

"You'll be ok Lexa, you're doing so well and I don't want you to stress out."

"I know but I just feel so useless, so weak."
