Chapter 16

I woke up scared, as if everything were a nightmare but it wasn't, that nightmare was reality. I was alone in my room I felt this wave of guilt wash over me. I felt like crying but I had no more tears left.

"Oh you're awake." Nash came in with a cup of coffee.

"Yeah." I said in a raspy voice. I finally felt tears flow out of my eyes, I sobbed and couldn't stop.

"Hey hey hey Alexa I'm here." he put down his cup and hugged me. "I will always be here, always and forever. I love so much that my heart hurts Alexa."

"I love you so much Nash." I cried into his chest.

"Alexa I'm so sorry for your loss." he held me tight but I kept crying. "Hey, it will get better, please I don't like seeing you like this."he tilted my head up and cleaned my tears.

"Thank, for everything." I finally kissed him after a year.
