Chapter 17

Today was the day I could finally go home, to see my family and especially Olivia. I didn't sleep all night yesterday, thinking about Michael. He didn't deserve to die, it should've been Frank.

"Alexa you ready babe?" Nash interrupted me from my thoughts.

"Yeah." I slightly smiled.

"Come on." he wrapped his arm around my waist and we walked out of the hospital.

When we got to Cameron's house there were many parked cars outside. I was excited yet felt a wave of sadness wash over me. We walked towards the door and heard people talking. When we got to the kitchen there sat Brianna, Gabi, Hayes, Cameron, my parents, Nash's parents, and Addie.

"Oh Alexa." my mom came up to me and hugged me. "I'm sorry we couldn't come sooner."

"It's ok mom you're here now that's all that matters." I hugged her back. I detached my arms from her and hugged everyone who came.

"Thank you guys for being here." I smiled. "I really missed you guys."

"And we missed you too" Brianna said.

They all sat down and continued to talk while I went to Nash's room. I walked in to the room to see Olivia in her crib.
I sat on the bed trying not to cry but completely failed. I bursted out into tears, my face was in my hands and I felt weak.

"Hey Alexa, Nash told me to-" Cameron walked in. "Hey hey hey, you ok?" He came over to me and hugged me.

"I'm sorry Cameron for getting you into this." I cleaned my tears

"Hey you have nothing to be sorry about, you did nothing wrong."

"I don't know what my life has come to." I slowly shook my head.

"Alexa listen your life well get better as you go, just strive and know that we're here for you."

"Thank you Cameron."
