Chapter 18

After everyone left I fell asleep on the couch, I could hear muffled voices and could feel myself being lifted up. I was laid on a soft bed and later felt it dip.

"I love you Alexa, and I will never stop." I heard Nash say into my ear. He planted a soft kiss on my cheek and wrapped his arm around me.

I woke up to them smell of coffee and bacon. I slowly got out of bed to see it was already eleven in the morning. I went to the kitchen to see Nash cooking breakfast and Olivia playing with her toys.

"How's my baby?" I asked walking towards her. "Goodmorning beautiful." I carried her and kissed her on the cheek.

"Mama!" She hugged me.

"Aww I love you." I booped her nose.

"I wuv you" she mimicked me.

"Goodmorning babe." Nash came up to me and pecked my lips.

"Goodmorning handsome." I smiled.

"How you feeling?"

"I'm better I guess, just need to forget about it." I shrugged.

"If you want to talk, I'm always here."

"I know, thank you Nash." I smiled. "So what do you want to do today?"

"I don't know, didn't really have much planned." he sat down with two plates in his hands.

"Do you think things will get back to normal?"

"It will just give it time."

I couldn't help to think that this was so awkward and not normal, I began to think maybe this relationship is taking a turn for the worst.
