Curing Dhritarashtra's eyes gave the Kauravas and their parents the respect they deserved from the citizens which became a pure torture for the Pandavas and Kaustav. After Dhritarashtra gained his eyesight back, Sage Ved Vyas himself came and blessed Duryodhan for his love, respect and dedication to his family. A huge feast was organized. Kaustav and some of his bootlicker ministers tried to say that organizing a feast now at the time of famine but sage Ved Vyas angrily rebuffed him saying if they had no problem in arranging a feast for showcasing some ametuer warriors' skills, then they should not have any problem in arranging feast now as the problems with the famine was almost solved after Kauravas caught the black marketers and other dishonest ministers. Now HP was having good harvest as the weather was getting better. Seeing the renowned sage angry Vidur also did not dare to say anything. In fact Dhritarashtra also suggested that king Kaustav should return to his kingdom as his subjects also suffering without a king. Reluctantly Kaustav decided to leave after the feast but he promised to create more problems. King Chandraketu and Queen Sulochana of Vidharva came to attend the feast and also to bring their daughters back after the program. Kunti was happy to see her friend and wanted to talk to her about the marriage between Vidhrava princess and the Pandavas. Sulochana was also interested but king Chandraketu was a just king. He did not consider his daughter as tools to attain political gains. So he decided to talk to both Pandavas and his daughters first and then he would decide.

Dwarka was also invited. Kunti asked her sons to behave very politely with the Dwarka siblings especially Shri Krishna. But to everyone's astonishment, when the Dwarka royals were welcomed to the palace, Shri Krishna after the welcoming arti, directly went where Karna stood and hugged him saying, 'How are you, friend?'

Karna smiled, 'I am very good. Afterall the great Dwarkadhish himself came.'

Krishna, 'How could I not come? I will never miss the chance to meet such a Matri and Pitri Bhakt prince who risked his own life for his parents. Also my best friend is here as well. It's been a long time we met.' Then he went to Duryodhana and said, 'It's my honor to see such a devotion to your parents. Your parents are really lucky to have such a devoted son like you.'

Duryodhana smiled and said, 'I just did my duty Dwarkadhish. And I was not alone. My best friend was there with me.'

Krishna, 'I know. I must say you are lucky as my Karna does not befriend with anyone easily. You are special my prince.'

Kunti, Pandavas, Kaustav were bristling with anger. How could the great Dwarkadhish who was their relative as well, ignored them and praising that Duryodhana and the suta Karna. Kaustav informed Pandavas as Dwarka was one of the most powerful kingdom, so they should maintain some good relationship with the Dwarka royals. For that the Pandavas wanted to impress Shri Krishna. Actually, they were confident as Shri Krishna was the incarnation of Vishnu and the god himself would only befriend the devputras, not with some ordinary humans. Kunti also thought that she would convince Krishna and Balram to support Pandavas and force Dhritarashtra to renounce the throne. But Krishna was here praising Karna and Duryodhana......how cheap.

Balram heard Kunti's thinking and was bristling in anger.Krishna (in mind), 'Dau shant....in future we will have plenty of opportunities to show our bua her faults but not now.'

Kunti could not stand Krishna talking to Karna anymore so she almost irritatingly said, 'So my nephews almost forgot about me after seeing their friend. Nice very nice...after all I am just a mere widow, and my sons are just fatherless poor kids, not some prince like Duryodhana.'

Krishna just smiled and said, 'Bua it is true that your five sons had lost their father, but the love they got from others just because of their lineage is astonishing. Also please don't call yourself a mere widow....you are enjoying more privileges than the maharani herself.'
