An Unexpected encounter

Note: Very sorry for not replying your messages and not updating. Because of the work pressure, I am very exhausted both mentally and physically. Today I have some spare time and that is why I wrote a chapter. I know it was not very good as I am really busy and do not have time to sit quietly and think. But I will try to update my other books soon. Also thanks to all my friends like Amtirt1sagar, Rajnishmuku and others for their suggestions. 

My Gf is okay now. Her surgery went well. Thanks for all your prayers and good wishes.

After the fiasco in the sabha, Suyo along with his parents, Vikarna and Karna returned to his kingdom. When the division was announced, many common citizens especially the young people decided to leave for Anga. Those who went with Pandavas to Indraprastha already depicted their poor treatment in that kingdom. They also came to know how prosperous Anga was and how everyone was happy there. So now they even prepared to leave their ancestral home and went to a place which could give them a good future. 

Pandavas and Kuru elders tried to give many lucrative offers to the citizens so that they should agree to stay at HP but many of them had already seen their disdainful behavior in Indraprastha, so many of them were ready to believe them again. Though still some citizens believed on the devputras, so they stayed in HP. Also some were not ready to leave their ancestral home so they also agreed to remain in HP.

So Vikarna arranged safe and well guarded journey for those who were heading towards Anga. He assumed that Pandavas might create problems for the citizens so he arranged for tight security. He excused from his parents and brother and went with the citizens. Also he was ashamed of his harsh words towards Karna....he needed some time to face him again. Sushashan already left HP before the Tulavaram incident to go to sage Atri's ashram as sage Ved Vyas told them that if Rishi Atri and Devi Anusuya came for their kingdom's inaugural yagna then it would be a very good omen for their future. So he was totally unaware of the entire incident.  

While Suyo and Karna was travelling in a chariot along with Dhritarashtra and Gandhari . After they left HP city premises, Gandhari was the first who broke the silence, 'Putra Karna, I am sorry. For a few moments, I though that you are going to leave us, betray us. Please forgive us.'

Karna, 'Mata, there is nothing to say sorry. What ever I did there, it is quite convincing to everyone. So what say mata? Am I not a good actor?'

Dhritarashtra smiled, 'You almost gave me heart attack. Please putra, don't pull stunts like that anymore. We cannot even imagine our lives without you.'

Karna, 'But the best part is even in that situation prince Syuodhana believed in me.'

Suyo, 'Who believed in you? I was also acting there as I already knew about your intension. You are such a bad actor and was doing such an over acting that even a child can say that whatever you were doing were all fake.'

Karna gave a hurt expression and pouted, 'Hey that was not that bad. You are such a jerk that you have no idea about good art. That is why you are telling my acting bad.'

Both Gandhari and Dhritarashtra started laughing. After a long time they laughed so freely. As if after leaving HP, they left all their worries, pain and humiliation behind. Both Karna and Suyo bickered during the journey. They waited for lunch on afternoon, Suyo ordered the maids and soldiers to arrange tents for his parents. Then both he and Karna went to the bank of the river to freshen up. Seeing Suyo coming with him Karna said, 'Why are you coming with me? I am a bad actor na....Huh.'

Suyo, 'Yes you are a bad actor.... but a good friend.'

Karna, 'Did you really aware of my intension?'

Suyo looked at Karna and said, 'No, but I know one thing.....that even the almighties go against me....you...my best friend will never betray me.'

Karna, 'But if I really agreed to their proposals?'
