Third PoV

"Kill her when you find her." A quiet voice wakes Elena up. She squints her eyes in the dark to figure out where the voice comes from. She thinks that there is someone standing in the doorway but she's not sure. Her foggy brain makes it hard to think or even comprehend the things she sees.

"Are you awake?" Cedro's voices comes closer and clearer. Elena blinks a few times from where she's laying and can suddenly clearly make out Cedro walking towards her from where he was standing in the doorway.

"Yes." She mumbles, slightly turning her head to hide it in the pillow. The light coming through the doorway now hurts her still tired eyes. Cedro blocking the light was definitely more comfortable for her.

"Did you sleep well, cara?" Cedro sits down on the edge of his bed and reaches a hand out to swipe some of his sister's hair behind her ear.

Elena nods into the pillow and simultaneously makes an affirmative noise to let him know that she in fact did sleep good. Well, at least as good as she could given the events of the night.

"Come on then. Santino wants to talk to you." The second oldest Mancini brother smiles down at his sister and stands up. He walks towards his closet to take out some clothes his sister could wear for the day to ensure as much comfort as possible and lays them down on the edge of his bed. The dark clothes match his sheets and can barely be seen.

Eleonora turns her body around and slightly sits up against her brother's headboard to look at him. Her mind becomes less fuzzy and his features along with his clothes slowly become easier to distinguish for her.

"Where?"

"In the kitchen. The others are waiting there too." Cedro answers. He looks at her and watches his sister rub his eyes to fully wake up. Simultaneously to her hand moving, he notices a white light shining on the floor that should not be there. The Mancini brother recognizes the light as the light coming from an unlocked phone screen and frowns slightly. Elena's phone isn't in his room and his is in his pocket. Just as he is about to stand up to check whose phone it is, his eyes land on his sister again and panic has overtaken her normally peaceful features.

"What it is?" Cedro asks, less frantic than he feels and looks around to see what caused her panic. The moment he is about to turn around to check behind him, he feels a heavy object colliding with the back of his head and collapses to the front, slumping on his sister. His vision is blurry and stars seem to be the only thing he can see.

"Cedro." Elena's broken voice comes through the fog in his brain. He tries to get up while assuring his sister that he is okay but he can't move. It's like he is stuck. Or as if someone is holding him down.

"And so we see us again, Eleonora."

Cedro's instincts scream at him to protect his sister and an unknown strength comes over him. He maneuvers his body into a sitting position and whips around. The Mancini brother is met with the sight of one of the three men that was involved with the killing of their mother.

Cedro's leg shoots out to kick him but he steps back, avoiding a collision. Every misplaced punch Cedro tries to land gets dodged by him. Eventually the man gets close enough to the Mancini brother to push him on his back. He's laying on his bed and half on his sister's lap. He is about to move to finally put an end to everything when he sees the silver glint of a knife. Before he can react, the knife is lodged in his stomach and he sputters blood.
