This part starts with the wolf guard going around the forest on the first day of the dry season.
Nicole: Wolf guard, let's go!
Kenai is stuck in some branches so John and Jacob help to get him free by pulling the branches aside.
Kenai: Thanks wolf guard.
Kenai leaves.
Carly: Everyone! Zoey and the western meadowlarks. They're under attack!
Nicole: Another emergency?
John: Unbelievable! 🙄
Jacob: That's the fifth one today. And it's still morning!
Nicole: And this is just the start of the dry season!
Ryan: Guess it's gonna be one of those days.
Nicole: Yeah, I guess so. Come on everybody, let's go! Till the forest ends...
The wolf guard: Wolf guard defend!
Meanwhile by the western meadowlarks.
Ashley: You sure about this Alyssa?
Alyssa: Sure. I'm sure. Western meadowlarks are delicious this time of year! Especially the hatchlings!
Bri: Come here western meadowlark!
Megan: Yeah! We just wanna eat you!
Zoey: Don't let them frighten you! Keep the young ones in the center of the flock!
Then the wolf guard showed up.
Ryan: Uh, what are the mountain lions even thinking taking on western meadowlarks if they can just fly away?
Jacob: Like my dad always says, live long enough, and you'll see everything!
Nicole: Well, I've seen enough!
She gets ready to use the howl but doesn't.
John: Yeah! Give them the howl Nicole! Send those mountain lions flying!
Nicole: No. It's way too crazy down there. If I use the howl, I might hurt the western meadowlarks too. John, you, me, and Carly will chase the mountain lions out of the flock. Ryan, you round them up. Jacob, you send them flying.
Jacob: You got it Nicole!
John chased Bri through the flock. Carly divebombed Megan.
Carly: Get away from the western meadowlarks!
Megan: Hey! Watch where you're pointing those claws!
Meanwhile by the hatchling.
Alyssa: Now we got you!
Ashley: Yeah!
Nicole runs in front of Alyssa and Ashley stopping them them in their tracks.
Nicole: Alyssa!
Alyssa: Nicole! Uh, have you met Ashley? Ashley, Nicole. Talk amongst yourselves!
Alyssa runs out of the flock like the cowered she is. Nicole barked and snarled at Ashley.
