One day the mountain lions were chasing Koda and Kenai through the forest.
Kenai: Just run Koda! Don't look back!
Bri looks behind them and saw the wolf guard running after them.
Bri: Alyssa, the wolf guard's coming! All of them!
Alyssa looks back and gets an idea.
Alyssa: Not for long.
Carly saw something over to the side.
Carly: Oh no. Hayley's jackals. They're going after some chipmunks in the clearing.
Jacob: The clearing? That's a long way's away.
Nicole: Ryan, you and John go help the chipmunks. Carly, show them the way.
Carly: On it!
They go to help the chipmunks.
Nicole: Come on Jacob. We need to save those bears.
They get onto Alyssa's tail. (Right behind her)
Nicole: Back off Alyssa!
Alyssa looks over at the two smart ones in her pack.
Alyssa: You two, deal with them.
They stopped and turned to face them but then found themselves getting thrown into the air by them.
Alyssa: Keep them busy bitches!
Bri and Megan turn to face Nicole and Jacob. Nicole got tackled by Bri and Jacob knocked Megan away. Then the other two go over to Jacob.
Jacob: Nicole, there's too many of them. Can't you use the howl?
Nicole looks at Kenai and Koda.
Nicole: It might hurt Kenai and Koda.
Then Megan tackles her.
Meanwhile by Kenai and Koda.
Alyssa: You can't run forever bears!
Kenai: You know, you're right.
They stop running and Kenai kicks Alyssa away.
Alyssa: That's enough girls! Let's head home!
Bri: Okay Alyssa.
Megan: Wait for us!
The mountain lions run away.
Jacob: That was weird. They just quit.
Nicole: It's a good thing. They had us way outnumbered.
Then Kenai and Koda walked up to them.
Nicole: You two okay?
Kenai: Yes. Thank you Nicole. Come Koda let's get back to our sleuth.
Koda and Kenai walk away.
Jacob: Should we go help Ryan and John with the jackals?
Nicole: Let's make sure Alyssa and her pack are really heading back to the mountains first.
Meanwhile in the clearing the jackals are still chasing the chipmunks.
Jesse: Hold still you varmints!
Hayley: Wow, these things are pesky. But they sure do taste good.
Jesse: Yeah! Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside!
