Chapter 24 The mountain lion resistance

One day in the forest Joe was in the forest with his demon wolves and Alyssa was there with her mountain lions. 
Nicole: Get out of the forest Joe!
Joe: It's only the forest because we haven't taken it over... yet.
Ryan runs at Joe and pinned him to the ground. 
Ryan: You're not going anywhere Joe. Except back to the mountains!
Nicole: And that goes for your whole pack.
Meanwhile by John he picks up a stick and tries to do a move only to hit himself on the head with the stick. Bri and Megan walk over to him laughing. 
Bri: Artic wolf on a stick! That's hilarious. 
Alyssa: Bri, quit laughing and start fighting. 
Then Jacob knocks her away from behind which causes them to bump into a rock cliffside with a cave where Hannah was hiding.
Alyssa: That's enough for one day. Let's get out of here girls. 
Joe saw Alyssa and her mountain lions leaving.
Joe: Demon wolves, we're leaving. (Turns back to Nicole) But don't worry. We'll be back. 
Nicole walks over to the rest of the wolf guard. 
Nicole: Everyone okay?
Jacob: All good. 
Carly: Affirmative. 
Ryan: Yep.
Nicole looks around. 
Nicole: Where's John?
John: I'm here! Never felt better.

Jacob: What happened John?
John: I've been working on some new moves. 
Ryan: And how did that go?
John: Uh, great. See, I was facing off with Bri and then I did this crazy-cool move I saw other wolves do. Well, almost did it.
Jacob: You sure you're okay John? 
John: Sure, I'm sure. (Stands up from lying down) 
Nicole: I don't know John. Looks like it hurts. Maybe you should ask Brent to take a look at your leg.
Ryan: Or give you some tips on how to use a stick while fighting. 
John: (still walking with a limp) I'm fine. I'll just walk it off in no time. 
Carly: I'm pretty sure being able to walk is a crucial part of the "walking it off" process. 
While walking back to the lair Hannah runs over to them and pins Nicole to the ground. 
John: I'll save you Nicole.
Ryan stops him.
Ryan: Easy John. It's just Hannah.
