Orion's POV:
----

Jorgeous gasped and her eyes went wide when I looked up at her. My hands shook more than ever as I opened up the box, the small ring sparkling.

"Oh my fucking God this isn't a joke..." Jorgeous said, a hand on her chest as tears dotted her eyes.

I smiled a little, having to do my best not to cry. Because I knew if that happened I would shake even more and probably drop the ring. "I-I love you so much, Jorgeous..." My voice cracked slightly. "You're seriously my guardian angel. You've made such a big difference in my life and I just..." I felt tears start to roll down my cheeks. "I just love you so much. More than anyone or anything else. Will you uh...w-will you marry me?-"

"Yes!" Jorgeous squealed immediately after I asked the question. She pulled me up by the collar of my shirt, throwing herself into my arms and sobbing against my shoulder. "Yes yes yes! A thousand times yes, Ry-Ry! Of course I'll marry you-"

I ignored the fact that I still wasn't supposed to be carrying her, letting more tears fall as I held her tightly. It felt like everything was falling into place, like everything that had happened had just been leading up to this moment.

Jorgeous raised her head from my shoulder, still crying and trying to dry her cheeks. "I-I never realized how much I wanted to hear those words-"

I smiled and put her back down on her feet, taking the ring out of it's box and placing it on her finger. "I love you, I love you so much." I leaned down and kissed her lips, lacing our fingers together and feeling Jorgeous wrap an arm around my neck.

We pulled away after a minute, and Jorgeous held her hand up to admire the ring. "I-It's so pretty, baby..." She said through more tears. I couldn't help but cry more over her happiness. I wrapped my arms around her waist, covering her face in kisses. "Not as pretty as you, my sweet angel."

Jorgeous smiled and pecked my lips softly, taking my hand again and snuggling up to my chest. "Oh my God. We're getting married...we're going to be married to each other. You're going to be my wife. I'm going to be your wife-" She started sobbing again and I did my best to wipe her tears away.

I hugged her tightly, kissing her forehead before resting my head on top of hers. "You wanna go tell our friends?"

"Y-Yes-" She nodded quickly, a smile on her face. "Yes please-"

Jorgeous's POV:
----

This all felt like such a dream.

Not long ago I thought I was going to lose Orion forever. Now we were engaged. I held her hand tightly as we walked through the campus courtyard to the dorms, smiling as I watched my new engagement ring sparkling in the sun. More tears started running down my cheeks as I snuggled under Orion's arm. "Are you sure this is real, Ry-Ry?"

Orion giggled, her arm tightening around me as she opened the door to the building. "I promise you, baby. It's real."

"I'm not dreaming?" I asked her as we started walking up the stairs. It felt like I was. I felt like I was on cloud nine.

"Trust me. You're not dreaming." Orion smiled and pressed a kiss to my temple. "I would know. Since my side is really hurting me but that's alright."

I frowned and huffed, stopping in my tracks to hold her face still by her chin. "We tell everyone about our engagement and then you're laying down to rest while I give you kisses and snuggles. Understood?"

Orion blushed, nodding and leaning in for another kiss that I happily gave her. I took her hand again as we walked up to Daya and Maddy's room. Their room had kinda become the main hangout room. I bumped the door open with my hip and held my hand up high so they could all see the ring. "Orion proposed!" I yelled as loudly as possible.
