Peter sat on a bench smiling to himself, tapping his foot to the music in his headphones, the sun felt just right today, not too hot or too cold. just right.

He sat waiting, Wade was meant to be meeting him for lunch since it was a Saturday and they both had nothing planned. Finally after both having busy schedules.

Peter was exited, he felt as if he hadn't seen Wade in years, even though he had seen him last Thursday but that was still a long time.

Peter watched the kids run around playing in the park opposite him, a small uneasy feeling filled him for a second, his smile falling from his face.

The hairs on the back of his neck stood up along with the ones on his arm as he quickly pulled his headphones out of his ears.

His eyes darted around trying to figure out why his senses were going off, non of the kids had hurt themselves playing and nothing around felt off except for him so what was-

"Parker!"

Peter almost had a heart attack jumping forward abruptly, causing the hands that were previously about to slam down on his shoulders to slam down on the bench instead.

Flash glared up at Peter, lifting his hand back up while Peter shoved his hands in his pockets shifting uneasily.

Peter took one look at Flashes face and almost shrunk back, uncomfortable with how angry the eyes looked at him.

"Go away Flash." Peter muttered as Flash walked around the bench and right up to him, there was a cruel grin on Flashes face and Peter knew this wouldn't settle down as easily as he would have liked.

"I was just coming to say hi Parker, why you outside? You finally homeless?"

Peters jaw clenched at the comment, a slight pang of pain in his chest but he pushed it down with all the other pangs of pain he'd gotten throughout the years.

"Do you have anything better to do." Peter said avoiding him to sit back down on the bench, grimacing when Flash did the same, taking a seat next to him.

"Why you got plans Penis?" Flash grinned, Peter once again shifted uncomfortably, hoping Flash would leave soon, not just because he didn't want to deal with him, but because he didn't want Wade to have to deal with him as well.

"I'm meeting someone," Peter kept it short, not even wanting to engage in conversation, but he knew if he didn't answer Flash would push and push and Peter couldn't be bothered today.

Today was meant to be his good day, his calm down day. The day he got to hang out with Wade and nothing went wrong, but of course his Parker luck had to do something about that as well

"Who? Social services? Can think of anyone else who'd come meet you."

"I hate you." Peter spat before he could even think about it, his eyes went wide but it was already to late to take back what he had said.

Flashes face grew angry and he stood up, his fists clenched at his sides, completely blocking the sun from shining down on Peter.

"Listen here Parker—" there was venom clear in Flashes words and Peter stared up at him not knowing what else to do, if only he'd kept his mouth shut.

"You don't ever fucking talk to me like you're better than me." Flash spat pushing a single finger harshly to Peter forehead.

"You don't ever look at me like you're anything better than a fucking freak." Peters fingers curled into his jeans, his chest feeling slightly tighter than it previously had.

He was thankful that the previous children in the park had left, meaning they didn't have to witness the slightly aggressive nature of Flash Thompson.

"You're nothing, nothing to Everyone, not you're aunt. Not your friends and not whoever's wasting their time coming to see you." there was another harsh push to Peters forehead but nothing compared to the pain he felt within his chest.
