A white hooded monster sighed soundlessly. They were bored and annoyed. Bored of the mission they were given, annoyed at being pulled away from their beloved. Honestly, anyone else could've done the job they were given.

Quietly, he shook his head, watching restlessly as his target walked toward him. The sooner he finished this, the sooner he could go home.

It wasn't long before the target was nothing but mangled bit of what once was human. Along with several witnesses. It was nice to get that growing annoyance out, he didn't want to come back with an attitude. Not to his gorgeous Moonlight~

Silently, the assassin made his way to his end goal. He made sure not to set off any alarms or traps, keeping to the shadows of the actual guards. Sometimes, he would bring them to the shadows with him, tearing them apart effortlessly.

Finally, he was where he needed to be. An office of a Royal advisor. He was just told to grab some files from inside. Ancient files and bring them to his annoying client.

Curiosity suddenly struck the pale monster, the files in hand. Honestly, it wasn't hard to find nor grab the requested item, he was a professional at what he does. The curiosity was the fact that someone had requested him for such a simple job. A kill and retrieval job... Plenty of assassins and mercenaries could do what he did, but he was requested...

Looking at the carefully made leather book, he turned it over in his hand. The bindings were close to falling apart from wear and age. It was once a beautifully designed book, the leather an expensive form with emerald tinted engravings. Looking closer, near the top, there seemed to be a familiar crest at the top. However, whatever it was, was too faded from him to see.

Sighing noiselessly, he decided to quell his bothersome interest by looking inside.

With swirling, looping, handwriting, he realized why it was wanted. Rage boiled inside of him as he realized something very critical. Someone from the town had called upon the Kingdom's Knights for help. They wanted to kill his beloved Moonlight.

A sinister grin formed on his face as he closed the book softly. It seemed his client was going to have to pay a little more if they want to keep all their limbs intact~ and there was nothing that they could do that they didn't know he was willing to do~ After all, he could've declined the job, killed them instantly, or any number of things!

The client now just has to give him two more things before he lets them leave with their life. Money and information. If the client knows what's good for them, they'll part with them without too much fuss~
