DANIEL's POV

Hi, I'm Daniel and I am a vampire. I'm part of the Silvester Clan. I was sent here to spy on Lord Jungwon and hopefully lead a way to get him to us. At first, I was doing a job well done. But as time goes by, fate betrayed me as I have fallen for him; He was my first ever friend, a partner, and the brother that I never had.

It was currently lunch time and I don't know how to spend it, since Lo--I mean Jungwon hyung said I don't have to join them if I don't want to. After a while, I decided to go to the school's garden. It was peaceful there because it was located at the back of the farthest building from the cafeteria where all the students are given that it's lunch time. I sat on the grassy field and saw dandelions scattered around me. I plucked one and started singing.

I after I sang the last line, a stray tear fell on my cheek.

''I'm such an idiot for you, Jungwon hyung. I already saw this coming but I just shrugged it off. Now I'm facing the consequences for falling for a friend.'' I blew the dandelion as the seeds flew in the air. I followed where the wind is taking it and sighed when all of it was out of sight.

''You are not an idiot for loving your friend.'' Someone suddenly said which made me flinch. I looked around and saw a rather cute looking guy.

''Sorry, I accidentally heard you.'' He said and sat beside me as my eyes widen. Wow the confidence.

''It's fine.'' I replied, trying to hide my annoyance. I don't know him anyway so I won't have to worry about him telling to Jungwon hyung if he even knows who I was talking about.

''As I said, it's not your fault. You just loved, that's all. Whether your...l-loved one ends up with you or not, what's important is that they are happy, even if...you're not.'' He added. Strange, it feels weird but I find his words comforting.
