Please don't misunderstand, I am NOT an OT6 stan nor a Jake anti. Everything is planned from the start.]
JUNGWON's POV
''Hyung!'' A voice called, whom I recognized immediately. I waved at him as he ran closer to me. We sat on the swing. It's a weekend and Daniel wanted to meet me at the playground so here I am.
''The weather is fine today, don't you think?'' He asked as we looked up to the clear afternoon sky. I hummed in response.
''Let's eat something first, then we'll have fun!'' He enthusiastically said which made me smirk.
''Catch me first!'' I immediately stood up and ran.
I went through the slides as Daniel ran after me. When I got down, I ran around the seesaw and teased him for being a slowpoke. We chased each other like crazy. I was slowly getting tired and I almost fell to the ground, but I was dumbfounded when a pair of arms caught me just in time.
''Got you.'' Daniel whispered lowly, as we looked into each other's eyes. It lasted for a few seconds before I look away and stood properly. He stick out his hand and I confusingly grabbed it, as he drags me to somewhere. He pulled me to a pizza place and ordered food. He ordered two lasagnas and a whole damn hawaiian pizza. When we finished eating, we went to an arcade and that's how our day went. It was already dark when we got out of the place.
''I'll walk you to the bus stop.'' I said, as he simply nodded. We walked in peace and just when we can already see the bus stop from afar, he suddenly pulled me and halted.
''Thank you for coming today, hyung. Also, this is what I wanted to give you.'' He stated as he pulls out a ruby that is converted into a necklace. He put it on me and smiled.

''Promise to never take this off, hyung. That way, I can protect you from any harm. See you on Monday, Jungwon hyung! Bye!'' He scurried towards the bus stop and hop on the bus leaving me frozen in place. I looked at the necklace.
''I was right, yet I was so wrong. I'm so sorry, Daniel.'' I sadly smiled and walked home.
I'm already at the pack lands and just a few steps away from my house. But when I stood on the porch, I smelled too many scents inside. I quickly opened the door and saw Heeseung hyung and Sunoo talking with mom.
''Heeseung hyung?'' I caught their attention as my mother ran to me and gave me a tight hug.
''Are you okay?! Are you hurt?!'' She held my face and scanned me for I don't know what reason.
''I'm okay, mom. Why are you panicking? Hyung, what brings you here?'' I tilted my head and looked into Heeseung hyung.
''I need to tell you something. It's about Daniel.'' He answered, making me drop my shoulders and sighed.
