We walked under the large log, and stepped into the green forest. It really confused me how there was no snow in korok forest, even though it was winter.
I looked around, and I didn't see hestu in his signature spot.
"Hmm. Maybe we should split up?" I suggested, looking at cosmo and ghirahim.
"No!" Cosmo said.
"What? Why not?" I asked him.
"You've seen enough Scooby-Doo episodes to know what happens when we spit up!!" Cosmo shuddered, crossing his arms.
". . .oh goddess, you need to see a therapist" I groaned, rubbing my face.
"Too late! I already am!" Cosmo smirked, ". . .-wait".
"Okay, how about we just ask someone here?" Ghirahim said, stepping in between me and cosmo.
". . .that sounds reasonable" I shrugged before spotting a grey korok walking in front of us.
(That's the korok)⬆️
"I got this one!" Cosmo grinned, bending down and putting a knee on the ground, "hey! Korok!".
It turned towards him, "me?!".
"Yeah! Come here!" Cosmo whispered, waving it over.
"Okay!" It giggled, skipping towards us.
"do you know of someone called hestu?" cosmo asked.
"of course I do! he's my cousin!" the small korok giggled.
"can you tell us where he's at?" I asked.
"umm. . .thats kinda a secret".
"why?" cosmo asked, "you can trust us!!".
"uhhh. . .I-I. . .CAN'T!!!" the little korok yelled in a panicked tone.
"WHY NOT!?!?" cosmo frowned.
"because I can't!".
"I'LL PAY YOU!!" the light blond boy said.
I put my hand on his shoulder, "momo, that might be taking it too far-".
he looked up at me, "HOW IS THAT TAKING IT FAR!?!? I-".
"-maybe the walking foliage doesn't want money!" Ghirahim interrupted.
"WHO SAID I DIDN'T!?!" the korok exclaimed.
". . .my bad. continue" Ghirahim mumbled.
"let me handle this" I whispered to cosmo, before looking down at the korok, "-did the koroks have something to do with link getting kidnapped?".
