It was late, the same night of their capture, they were all sitting in the cell trying to pass the wasting time.

"You know, I'm hoping Rex and Ethan will pull through," Yaz mentioned sitting in a corner all by herself.

"They will, Yaz, don't worry, I believe in them," Sammy responded standing behind the bars keeping a lookout for Ethan and Rex.

"Look, guys, I know we are in a tight spot, but remember Darius's motto, 'Every problem has a fix'," Brooklyn reassured laying on one of the metal beds.

"You know the funny thing is my dad ordered Kash not to hurt me, and yet here I am in a cell," Kenji added laying on the floor sulking.

"Is you all you can think about?" Ben asked sitting against the wall.

"Uh, no, there are many other things I think about," Kenji replied.

"Name three," Ben ordered.

"I think about Yaz, our situation, and Ethan and Rex. Beat it," Kenji explained.

"Well, we wouldn't even be in this mess, Kenji, if you could have kept your voice down," Brooklyn complained.

"What! This, actually is your fault if you would have just simply accepted our breakup we wouldn't be here," Kenji stated.

"Guys, stop fighting, fighting is not going to help us, it'll just make things worse," Darius pointed out.

"Besides, they'll be here to rescue us in a few minutes," Sammy said.

"Who said they would come today, Sammy?" Kenji questioned.

"Me, cause I believe they have already come up with a plan, they are probably having the best time of their lives," Sammy answered.

Meanwhile Rex and Ethan were out in a rainstorm in the middle of the forest.

Ethan was sitting near a tree shivering and struggling to get warm.

"Well, at least it could be worse, we could be dead, Rex.... What am I saying? There is nothing worse than this we're out in the rain, and I'm freezing," Ethan commented.

As a shadow stood over Ethan.

Ethan looked up seeing Rex standing over him shielding him from the rain.

"You know, it's always good to have you here with me, bud," Ethan responded with a grateful smile.

Suddenly they heard a strange roar from a distance.

"Tomorrow, we'll keep moving, we still have that thing out there," Ethan shouted to Rex.

Later on that night Rex and Ethan were asleep and the hybrid had arrived at their camp.

The Hybrid slowly stalked them from the bushes.

Ethan felt the pain in his neck again and got to his feet.

He walked over to a stream nearby and washed his face.

Ethan looked in the water at his bite mark and he discovered that it was swollen and looked kind of infected.

Ethan took a small dagger out of his pocket and dissected the part that was infected. He let out a loud scream as the dagger cut across his neck.

After dissecting it, he took out a bandage patch and placed it on his injury.

The hybrid stalked over to Ethan and prepared to pounce.

Ethan looked from the water seeing the hybrid behind him, he quickly turned around and rolled away from the water.

The hybrid roared loudly.
