"Don't you girls love this" Bella and I are laying on either side of mom soaking in the vitamin D. "The schools in Florida are much sunnier"
"Mom" Bella sighs "I'm going to Whitmore like Beyla" looking at mom "they have a great science program" I snort, mom looks at me suspiciously.
"Bella met a guy at my school" looking at mom "he's going to be a doctor, he's hot, and dad likes him" this shocked mom
"Your father? Like the same guy who grounded you from seeing guys?" Sitting up mom looks at the both of us.
"He lets Bella go out with him as long as she tells him she's going on the dates, with who, and River that's his name has to be back with Bella at a certain time unless they'll be late and they have to call" mom just stares shocked "like right now see" pointing to my sister who's texting you-know-who "Bells is most likely texting River"
"Bella?" Mom asks, Bella looks to mom with a love sick smile "oh, your in love. I can see it"
"He's amazing mom, he's respectful" she then lists how amazing River is to mom "I feel like he's the one, he makes me feel something I never felt with Edward"
"Oh" mom starts fanning herself since she's about to cry "baby" pulling her into a hug, then turns to me "you get in this too" I go and we hug. Unknown to us that the Cullens are trying to get Victoria but fail.

Bella's POV
River is here taking me to school on his motorcycle, as soon as I get to school I see Jacob having a heated discussion with Edward.
"Babe" I look at River "I'll let mom know what's going on, go and interfere before something bad happens"
"Okay, I'll text you what time to pick me up" he nods his head then we kiss, I feel everyone's eyes on me as I kiss River. When I pull away he smirks before driving off, I turn around and ignore everyone as I go to Edward and Jacob.
"What's going on?" Crossing my arms
"Who was that?" Jacob demands glaring in the direction River went.
"River, we just started dating" this upsets Jacob, I know how he's been feeling and I need to clear things up with him.
"He's a vampire" Edward says also looking in the direction River left in "one who drinks human blood" being judgmental about this I roll my eyes.
"What's going on?" Asking again "I won't ask again"
"Charlie said you left town" Jacob looks back at me.
"Yeah...to visit my mom, why?" Confused by this.
"Wants to make sure your still human" Edward laughs
"I came to make sure your kind doesn't come onto our land again" Jacob glares at Edward.
"What?" Now even more confused "what's going on?" Jacob then looks at me confused.
"She doesn't know?" I can see humor in Jacob's eyes
"Leave. Now" Edward soon gets in his face.
"Why? She is the one the red head wants" I feel like I was hit by a bus.
"Victoria? Alice's vision" looking at Edward "you should have told me, just because we're no longer dating doesn't mean you have the right to hide something that concerns my life"
"I thought it would be safer with you gone than you here, when Victoria was here" Edward tries to reason with me.
"Doesn't matter" looking at Jacob "you...we need to talk, I've been calling and texting"
"I've had nothing to say" not liking my anger
"Well I have a bunch, and what I need to say doesn't need to be overheard" Jacob scoffs and heads to his bike and hands me his helmet.
"Come on" I take it, Edward tries to stop me but I glare at him. I get my arm out of his grip and get on the back of Jacob's bike. Soon we leave to go to the Reservation.
When we get there I get off the bike "are you sure I should be here? I am going to be changed in a month"
"What?" Jacob starts to get angry
"Jacob" Sam comes out with the other wolves "calm down"
"No she's going to be changed with one a month" they all look at me "she hasn't even lived her life yet"
"Maybe I should leave" I go but Jacob grabs my arm hard "Jake let me go" his grip tightens "your hurting me"
"Jacob" Sam comes over "let Bella go, now!" Jacob starts to shake "someone grab Bella" I feel hands on me and soon I'm pulled away when Jacob phases.
"Could I use someone's phone?" Asking as Jacob runs into the woods "I'm going to call my sister to get me"
"I'll take you back" Embry offers "is it true?"
"Because of Edward the vampire council knows of my existence" they all look at me "if I don't change by next month the vampires will kill me and my family"
"All because what? Saving a Cullen?" Sam asks
"Yeah" nodding my head and soon Embry takes Jacob's bike and drives me home.
