I storm away from Caius and go to my happy space, which is the library. I can't believe he's overreacting over something that happened a long time ago, he's the only one I care for. All those other people, I never cared for them. I only cared to have a good time, he however is acting like I cheated on him just now.
"Male vampires" I jump turning around putting a hand to my heart I see Aro and Sulpacia "they can be very overprotective of their mate, I should know" Sulpacia glares at Aro.
"Don't be too angry with Caius" Aro asks me "it's just hard on him knowing that you had a past"
"I thought it was obvious" waving to my belly "I mean, I am pregnant" then we hear someone scream "what the" I run in the direction of the screaming and we see Bella holding her belly screaming.
"Get it out!" She screams
"Her spine is broken" River tells us
"Don't watch" Caius takes me but I stay here, she's my sister. Going to her I grab her hand, I see tears come down her face.
"Someone get it out!" She yells, Dydime soon comes over and cuts her open. Then she bites and I hear something break, when she does that Sulpacia comes over and takes out a baby.
"It's a boy" she tells them
"Wait" Dydime then pulls out another baby "a girl"
"Beautiful" she breathes out
"Bella" I shake her shoulder, River comes over and starts to bite her. Caius pulls me away from my sister, I kick and hit buy Caius doesn't care. He pulls me away from them, I cry into Caius's shoulder.
"It'll be alright" Caius holds me, comforting me through this.
"She" I choke on a sob "she"
"It'll be alright" is all he says
~Time Skip~
It's been three days, right now I'm in the throne room reading when I see the vampires look up. Caius goes on edge and comes over to me, the twins hold the other twins protectively to them.
"Is Bella" I ask looking at Caius
"She's awake" he confirms, looking down at me "stay by my side" he orders and I nod my head. We then hear screaming.
"There goes Carol" Aro looks down to his book
"And she only lasted three hours" Marcus breathes out, just then we head the doors open and I see Bella. Her red eyes land on me, Caius puts his body in front of mine protectively.
"Ah" Aro stands going to Bella "Isabella" he smiles "so good to see you awake"
"Where are they?" She demands, her gaze shifts and it lands on the twins. River holds her as the twins bring the twins to her.
"Bella" River looks down to her "meet our son Charlie and our daughter Midnight"
"They're beautiful" she breathed out, Jane hands her Charlie since Alec is holding Midnight.
