"Crimson Volturi!" Caius screams "put those scissors down this instant!" It's been a few years since becoming a vampire and Crimson has given Caius hell. The human receptionist whatever her name was, we used her to be a surrogate. Using Caius's sperm we had a hybrid son who we named Ned, after Ned Stark from Game of Thrones. Then after another receptionist we had twins, a boy and a girl. Caius named our son Ben while I named our daughter Rhaenyra. "Ben! Rhaenyra! Do not read that!"
I walk into the throne room to see Aro and Marcus watch amused with Dydime and Sulpacia at Caius's attempt to control our hell raisers without me. Caius said that what I do is easy, so now he's watching over the kids for the entire day. I ordered the entire guard not to help, I see Demetri recording this "I asked him to" Aro says as he notices me look.
"Crimson!" Caius screams as I see Crimson laugh when she throws some confetti at him, I go to the new throne. The thrones we have now consist for both a king and queen. So us queens are apart of what our kings do, thanks to Dydime. When I sit down, I cover my mouth when the twins get into an argument over who was reading the book first and started to blast snow at each other. Yes, those two inherited my gift for cryokinesis.
"Enough!" Caius yells "one more person to throw a snow ball is getting lockdown" the kids all gasp, yes we stole a page from that the show the kids like to watch Stuck in the Middle. There we got that idea of lockdown. When Caius turns around he stares at me, I wave my fingers at him.
"My job is easy, huh?" I ask as we watch the kids not throw snow but instead they grab old books at throw them at each other.
"Fine!" Caius screams "I admit! Your job is difficult! I'm sorry!"
"Then you probably shouldn't have said anything" Sulpacia laughs at Caius who sends a glare her way "just saying, what man says something as stupid as you did?"
"Obviously him" Dydime laughs, us queens laugh as Caius tries to get the kids to stop fighting.
"Enough!" Caius has Crimson over his shoulder like a sac of potato's "why are you two fighting?" Because it's been a few years the twins look like preteens.
"Ben kissed Kylie!" Rhaenyra complains
"Who's Kylie?" Caius asks as he gets kicked int the face by Crimson "young lady keep fighting and you'll get lockdown for a week"
"Mommy!" Crimson screams "do you not love me!" She cries out to me, Caius moved her to cover her mouth cause he knows I'm a sucker for my babies.
"Kylie's this girl I like" Crimson tells Caius "and someone" she glared at Ben "kissed her and then asked her out"
"You went doing anything so" just then they get into a fist fight. Caius knows that the guard won't help him so he puts Crimson down and gets between the kids. Oh revenge is sweet, well until Crimson slipped on the snow and fell on her arm on the steps causing her to break her arm.
"Mommy! Daddy!" She cries
"Crimson" we run to her
"You two" Caius orders "will clean up the mess you made then lockdown"
"Yes dad" They mutter before they clean up, I hold Crimson in my arms as she cries.
"Think my job is easy?" I ask Caius
"Crimson" Caius takes her to see her arm
"My arm hurts daddy!" She cries, this is what happens when I leave Caius in charge.
