~Beyla's POV~
I'm in bed staring at the ceiling when I turn to see Caius sitting next to our daughter, I sit up groaning from pain but I don't care. Caius helps me but I wave him off "Crimson" he nods his head, picking our daughter up he hands her to me. When she's placed in my arms, I feel my tears on my face as I stare at my beautiful baby girl "my baby"
"She's beautiful" Caius says "just like you" I look up at him, placing a hand on his face he closes his eyes savoring my touch.
"Beyla!" I hear my mothers voice, she comes in with Phil and dad.
"Mom?" I look to Caius confused, he takes Crimson from me as mom pulls me into a hug "what"
"The hospital called me" dad speaks with tears in his eyes "then I called your mother" he hugs me next, then Phil.
"Yeah but" I look at Caius, he just rock Crimson in his arms.
"Oh" mom goes over to Caius "is that my grand baby?" looking down at our baby "can I hold her?"
"No" I say, everyone looks at me "no one but Caius can hold my daughter" looking at the adults "I just woke up, Caius had to take my daughter because mom you launched yourself at me and hugged me"
"Beyla" Dad frowns "we have a right to be here, we are your parents"
"Yes" nodding my head "but I have a family, so until I hold my baby and spend time with my fiancé everyone else leave"
"You heard her" Caius says "leave" they soon leave, when they close the door I look at Caius as he smiles.
"Why aren't they dead?" I ask
"Dydime believes you wouldn't want them dead" I frown, I can't have them here. I just can't, it'll be harder for them to leave having them here.
"How long will they be here?" I demand, Caius stays silent "how long?"
"A month" Caius looks at me "why didn't you tell me you were leaving the castle?" I am so confused "that day, the ultrasound" I understand now "why—"
"The army" I cut him off "you were busy with the army and didn't need to worry about me"
My mate frowns and gets angry "not worry? Now worry!" He demands "you are my mate, this is our daughter" he sets Crimson down, he then places a hand to the headboard looking down at me "you two will always be my first priority, the army is coming and the only thing I'm thinking of is both of yours safety. I will always worry, no matter what" his eyes are black as he says this.
I stare at my mate before stating "you met my parents"
He stares at me "I met your parents" nodding his head "your mother wants many grandchildren"
"They've met Bella and her twins?" I ask
"They have" nodding his head again "they are refusing to leave" he growls
"Kill them" he looks shocked at me "they'll die someday and I can't handle them being alive and knowing I'm here"
"Mi amor" he comes onto the bed and pulls me close, holding me.
"I can't" tears come down my face "please have them killed Caius, please"
