"Just tell me" I demand of the doctor who had done surgery on my mate. I'm by her bed holding her hand as I stare at her cut up face with bandages wrapped around her head.
"Beyla has received serious brain damage, we put her into a medically induced coma" I try to stay calm since I'm in a hospital "we had to do a c section to save the baby"
"So the baby" I ask
"She's alright" he tells me "you can go see her now" I nod my head, the doctor leads me to where the babies are. When he does we put on these pink gowns and clean our hands. He leads me to a baby with tan skin and red hair "would you like to pick her up?"
"Yes" I bend down and carefully hold her in my arms, she sleeps peacefully and I smile. I can't lose her, I can't lose Beyla.
After a few hours I'm called back to the castle, once there in the throne room I see Athenadora who smiles to me "my love" and I run at her grabbing her by the throat, her eyes widen.
"You tried to kill her!" I scream, before ripping her head off. When I do I have her body burned. After that everyone stays away from me as I destroy the throne room.
"Beyla?" Bella asks coming towards me "is"
"She's in a coma" I growl "this isn't how things were supposed to be" I sit on the steps my head in my hands. Beyla was supposed to be screaming and yelling at me as she goes through labor, not in a coma while our daughter has to be kept in the hospital. I didn't listen to why but they said she needed to be kept there for a few nights.
"Sometimes" Dydime comes over "life gives us unexpected situations that help us see the truth" just then we hear a phone ring, I look over and see Bella answer her phone.
"No dad" she says "no, no, no" she then breaks her phone.
"What?" I demand
"Dad is Beyla's emergency contact" she tells us "he's coming to Italy and he knows about the baby" then she looks at us "he is also coming the castle"
"Why?" Aro asks, he and Marcus come into the room then.
"To meet Caius but also he told me Alice said something about Midnight and Charlie" she sighs "and he wants to see me"
"How long is he staying?" I ask
"A month, why?"
"We kill him" Marcus breathes out "did Beyla"
"She knew what would happen if their father found out" I cut him off "she'll understand" I hope
