"Enchanted"

Early morning, a Chevy Silverado speeds past the entrance of the Yellowstone Dutton ranch. May drives in so fast it catches the attention of every single ranch hand working in the barn. May gets out of the truck and starts getting her luggage out of the back, she gets the attention of Ryan who was repairing a fence nearby. They both lock eyes and stopped for a second, then May returns her attention back to her bags, Ryan is frozen, enthralled by her, "who is that?", he thought, before he knew it he was walking towards her, he couldn't help it, she was just so unbelievably beautiful, he had to know her name. "Can I help you miss?" He asked,
"yes, you can actually, do you know where I can find John Dutton?"
"Yeah he should be inside"
"Thanks"
May goes back to grabbing her belongings, Ryan just stands there admiring her. May realizes he's still standing in front of her.
"Do you need anything?"
"Do you want to have dinner with me tonight?"
"Dinner? With you?"
"Yeah"
"You don't even know me"
"Well that's thing about a date, you get to know someone over dinner" he says with a flirtatious smile, May laughs.
"What is your name?"
"Ryan"
"How long have you been working here Ryan?"
"About 4 years, why?"
"So I'm guessing you don't know who I am?"
"Should I?"
May laughs, " trust me Ryan, once you know who I am you will change your mind about asking me to dinner"
"What is your name?"
"May"
"Well that's a beautiful na-"
"Dutton. May Dutton"
Ryan pauses in shock, with a look of slight disappointment on his face. "The boss has a daughter?" He thought
"Yeah, I thought that would be your reaction" May starts walking to the house, "no one wants to get involved with the farmers daughter" May walks into the house leaving Ryan standing there.

Ryan walks back to the barn to talk to the other cowboys. He walks up to Lloyd the oldest ranch hand there.
"Hey I didn't know the boss had a daughter"
"Oh yeah, was that her? God I haven't seen her since she just teenager, she left to live with her aunt about year before you were hired on and I guess she went off to college from there, gosh what were you? About 18 years old?"
"Yeah something like that" Ryan says as he stares at the house longing to get to know her better. Lloyd notices Ryan's look
"It's better to not go down that road son, it'll get you into a world of trouble that you don't need"
"I know, I know"
