"That was delicious." I said, patting my face with a napkin.

Camilo chuckled.

"You're so proper, patito." he said, imitating me wiping my mouth.

"Now we're making fun of people for having manners? Can't have anything these days." I said, shaking my head.

   "Correction: you can't." Camilo smiled.

I rolled my eyes.

"So," Ikemba began. "where are we going next?"

"We're going to the valley." Kwento answered, standing.

I smiled excitedly, turning to Mirabel.

"I used to love going there and climbing the trees. You'll love it." I said, grabbing her hand.

Our group walked further and soon arrived at our destination. Kwento marched ahead, clearly planning something.

Mirabel took a deep breath of the fresh air, sighing contentedly.

"I love it here." I said, looking around.

"That cloud up there...it looks like you." Camilo said, pointing up.

I looked, and squinted my eyes.

"That looks more like a hippo than it looks like me." I said.

Camilo turned to me and smirked.

   My mouth dropped.

   "Camilo!" I yelled, pushing him.

He laughed.

"Okay, okay. I'm sorry." he apologized.

"Come on, guys!" Kwento called, waving us over.

"What are we doing?" Fayola asked.

   "We're playing hide and seek."

   "Who's hiding?" I asked.

"You, Mirabel, Fayola, and Ikemba." Kwento answered.

"It'll be easy to find Ikemba," Adaku began. "you can spot that bald head from a mile away."

"Don't talk about me when your sides are MIA." Ikemba countered.

"Uh, this is a style Ikemba." Adaku said. "My fault I didn't want to look like a lizard with you."

"Yeah? Well, now you look like a rooster. Are you happy?"

Adaku chuckled.

"You were too lazy to take care of your hair." she said.

"At least I'm responsible enough to admit it. You were supposed to cut yours in solidarity." Ikemba said. "You chickened- roostered out."
