Cookie Run: HeartBreak.

Jellybug Forest

GingerBrave and his friends were walking until they came upon a strange forest. the forest was brightly colored and filled with flowers.
"so... is this our first step to paradise?" GingerBright asked.
"i guess so... we'll just have to see!" GingerBrave replied with confidence.
they stepped into the quiet forest and began to look around. it seemed rather empty, but it was peaceful and friendly.

"hello?" a cookie called out from deeper within the forest.
"oh, hello! where are you?" GingerBright asked.
"i'm right here!"
the cookie came out from behind a flower stem. she had wings and was wearing a bright, green dress. she flew towards the party eagerly.
"hello there! what's your name?" GingerBrave asked.
"i'm Fairy, and i like to call this place Jellybug Forest!" Fairy replied.
"nice to meet you, Fairy! i think your dress is really cute!" GingerBright commented.
"thank you! i like your's too!"
the cookies then continued down the forest path and kept looking around.
"so... do you have any idea of where we can find a cookie paradise?" GingerBrave asked Fairy.
"i'm sorry... i don't. you could stay here, but this forest is pretty empty and..." Fairy said.
"i understand... it does give me an uneasy feeling" said Strawberry.
"how long is this path?" GingerBright asked.
"not very long! Jellybug Forest is pretty small" Fairy replied.
"wait... why is it called Jellybug Forest...?" Strawberry asked nervously.
"oh... jellybugs live here... but they're asleep, so there's nothing to worry about!" Fairy replied.
"uhh... YES, THERE IS!" GingerBright shouted.

just then, a jellybug emerged from a different part of the forest and started heading towards the cookies. the cookies were afraid of most bugs, since they were usually bigger than them, and the jellybugs were a lot bigger than they were.
"oh, no... i didn't think they would wake up this early!" said Fairy.
"it's okay! let's run down this way!" GingerBrave said, pointing down the path they were on.
the cookies tried to run as fast as they could, but the jellybugs were catching up to them. while the other cookies were busy running away, Fairy examined the jellybug's eyes. they seemed calm and friendly.
"hey, guys? these jellybugs don't seem angry right now... they just want to be friends with you all!" she said.
"but how can you possibly know that...?" Strawberry commented.
"jellybug's eyes can tell their emotion... i've learned this from my time in the forest."
the running cookies then stopped and walked towards the jellybugs and Fairy.
"you see, their eyes are round and brightly colored, which means they just want to be friends. if their eyes were curved downwards, they would be angry."
"oh, i understand now! sorry for being so scared" GingerBright said.
"it's okay! none of you knew afterall, and jellybugs can be pretty big" Fairy said.

suddenly, the cookies started hearing music playing. they listened to see where it was coming from, and it was coming from further down the path, possibly from outside of the forest. the jellybugs started to head back with disappointed expressions on their faces.
"the jellybugs don't like music... but oh! it's them!" Fairy commented.
"wait... who?" Strawberry asked.
"the one and only DJ! their music fills me with happiness everytime i hear it!"
"yeah... i do like their music already!"
"perhaps... they can give you a clue for the cookie paradise you're looking for?"
"hopefully! let's go!" said GingerBrave, with confidence as always.

note: i know this chapter was pretty short, but that's okay. i don't know how long the next chapter will be, though.
