⚠︎ - weapons, mild swearing?

GingerBrave and his friends were happy to see the large kingdom's decorations up close, but once they stepped inside, it looked like some horror attraction. axes were being swung from the roof of a hall, and blades were being thrown from wall to wall. they didn't know how they would survive this. all of a sudden, the obstacles came to a pause, and a cookie dressed in white appeared at the other end of the hall.
"i apologize, guys! this was just a trap set by my friend in order to keep villains out. come in!" he said.
the cookies walked down the hall and saw multiple cages in the walls with creatures inside. they found it unsettling, but the cookie that told them to come in looked nice. they then entered a neat room with a lot of pictures on the walls and a chandelier on the roof. sitting at a table on the side were the nice cookie from earlier and another cookie who appeared to be his friend. they were having a conversation.
"it'll be fine! none of them look like the type to cause harm" said the cookie wearing white.
"i don't trust them! you should already know by now that i don't trust outsiders" said his friend, who was mostly purple.
"aww, come on... i see strength in them!"
"well, they weren't strong enough to get through those obstacles i set. you had to turn them off!"
"they're kids... and this is their first time here. besides, they're here right now!"
the cookie in white showed his friend that GingerBrave and his friends were in the room, to which he laid back in his chair and crossed his arms.
"welcome to our kingdom, friends! i'm Milk, and over here is my friend, Purple Yam!" he said.
"don't mention me" Purple Yam said.
"what an elegant room!" GingerBright said, looking around.
"thank you! this is the room where i put our most expensive findings. this is also the room where i hang up beautiful pictures!" Milk explained.
"who is this? did he live here?" GingerBrave asked while pointing at a picture of a cookie with white armor and dark hair.
"oh, that one's really special to me! this is Dark Choco, a great prince who saved my life when i was little! i wish to be just like him some day!"
"really? how inspiring..." Strawberry said.
"i know, right?"
"it's about time you get over that guy already..." Purple Yam commented.
"but Yam... you don't know how much he means to me!"
"sure... he talks about him all the time. it gets old really quickly."
Milk rolled his eyes and moved on to the other pictures.
"this one is when i went on a camping trip, and this is when i first got my cows. oh! this one was when i tried to take a selfie with Purple Yam, and this is when Dark Choco bought me a frog onesie when i was little!"
"wow... all of these are really cool!" Strawberry commented.
"yeah! what a grand place!" Skater said.
"thank you all! i'm so happy to live here!" Milk exclaimed.
"do you have any more rooms you want to share with us?" GingerBright asked.
"that's pretty much it! there's mine and Purple Yam's, but i'm sure you wouldn't want to go in there."
"don't even THINK about going in my room..." Purple Yam said angrily.
"okay, chill..." Skater commented.
"oh! do you guys want to go see the farm?" Milk asked.
"of course! we think this kingdom is beautiful!" GingerBrave said.
"i'm glad! let's go!"

once the cookies, including Purple Yam, arrived at the kingdom's farm, they saw a nicely mowed field of grass with cows grazing on it. there was a separate area for growing vegetables, like corn and tomatoes.
"this is where we grow some of our vegetables and raise cows in order to produce milk. veggies and milk make you strong, after all!" Milk explained.
"wow! you're a good caregiver! i bet it took a lot of time and effort to get the farm to look like this" GingerBright said.
"thank you! i had fun doing this, and i got Purple Yam to help me once"
"hmph..." Purple Yam said quietly.
"i sometimes buy other vegetables from a nearby market, but i don't buy a lot. this is a pretty small kingdom... but it's home sweet home to me, the other citizens, and Yam!"
"that's nice!" GingerBrave said with excitement and some admiration.
"truthfully, i was getting bored of staying at home in the castle for a long time. we haven't had some sort of adventure in weeks... but now, giving all of you guys a short tour of the kingdom is starting to feel like an adventure!"
"hehe... you're a really nice person, Milk!" Strawberry commented.
"we've been having our own adventures lately, actually. it's been... a lot... but we're all finding our way through!" GingerBrave said.
"that's good! i'm proud of you guys! i think you all should come visit the kingdom again!" Milk said with excitement.
"we'll make sure to, but... we're currently trying to search for a cookie paradise."
"a cookie paradise?"
"yeah! a place where all cookies can live happily and not worry about anything!"
"hell, is that even possible?" Purple Yam asked.
"i... hope so."
"i mean, this whole world is a dangerous place. standing around being all joyful won't solve a thing."
"aww, don't be such a downer..." Milk commented.
"it's TRUE! and it's all because of-"
all of a sudden, the world around the cookies started rumbling. they looked around to see a dark cloud forming in the sky. the citizens of the kingdom started running away, looking for places to hide. they all felt inevitable danger.
"uh, oh..." Milk whispered, frightened.
"it's THEM... THEY'RE HERE!"

note: another chapter, finished! i'm sorry it took a while to get this chapter out. this chapter was kind of boring and i'm slowly starting to shift away from the Cookie Run fandom. the next chapter will be more exciting, though! also, i thought it would be fitting for Milk to own cows since cows produce milk. well, i hope you like this story so far, even though it isn't that good.
