"who's... here?"
GingerBrave looked up at the sky in confusion. he saw other cookies coming out of the dark hole, and they looked like they were up to no good. they landed on the ground in front of the group.
"finally, we found you!" one of them said. she had her hair up in what looked like horns and a red dress.
"it's been a while..." said another with red hair and a red robe.
"i can tell this is gonna be exciting!" said the other one with black hair and a black robe.
"s-stay back! what business do you have with us?" Milk asked.
"you are all so clueless, thinking everything will be solved with the power of friendship... in reality, we don't need friends" the shorter one in red said.
"is that true...?" GingerBright asked in fear.
"don't listen to them! they're just here to intimidate us..." Milk said.
"oh, Milk... why are you so dependant on someone who is obviously better than you?" the tallest one said.
"h-how do you know my name?" Milk had a lot of questions on his mind.
"that doesn't matter... depending on someone makes you weak, and you're just getting weaker by believing in everyone you meet" said the shorter one in red.
"pssh... you say that as if you don't depend on Dark Enchantress for every one of our pl-" the one in black was cut off.
"SHUT UP! you are not to use my master's name in front of outsiders."
"our master!"
"argh...! this is pissing me off!" Purple Yam said.
"this looks bad... GingerBrave! bring your friends back to the castle and hide in my room with them! Yam... you know what to do" Milk commanded.
"ALRIGHT!" Purple Yam yelled as he took out his spiked weapon.
"uhh, Milk... we think it's better if we just stay and fight" Strawberry said.
"we don't know what they're capable of..." Milk said.
"I DO!" Purple Yam yelled as he attempted to swing at the short red one, but was pushed back by her powers.
"please, don't give up!" Milk shouted with confidence.
"i don't!"
Purple Yam attempted to hit the slender one, but was again pushed back, this time with a red hand she summoned. Milk stepped in front of him with his shield out in order to block them from their attacks, but the one in black swung his scythe at them from behind. Milk continued to block their attacks while Purple Yam continued to swing at them, but they were unsuccessful. suddenly, GingerBrave ran up to the fight and attempted to hit the slender one in red with his candy cane weapon along with Strawberry, who had a big lollipop weapon. she spun her weapon around, but she got it pulled out of her hands by one of the red hands the slender one summoned. GingerBrave tried to hit them as well, but the short one in red smashed his candy cane into pieces. he then began to feel weaker than he already was.
"guys, be careful... they're starting to go tougher on us" Milk said.
Purple Yam began to spin his weapon around, almost like Strawberry did. it caused some damage to the villains, but not enough to stop them. the slender woman then summoned a hand from the ground and made it trap Purple Yam in its grasp.
"guys... GET OUT OF HERE! QUICK!" Purple Yam yelled while struggling.
defenseless, GingerBrave and his friends ran back to the castle and found Milk's room.

GingerBright locked the door when everyone was inside and tried to calm herself down.
"hey... you had a weapon. why didn't you use it?" Skater asked.
"it was going to get crushed anyway..." she responded.
"she's right... we're not strong enough yet" GingerBrave said in sorrow.
"after all, we're just kids who escaped an oven fire! we don't really have any fighting experience" Skater said.
"you're exactly right..." Strawberry said.
"now then, now that we're in Milk's room... what do you guys think he's been hiding in here~?" Skater had a mischievous smile on his face.
"Skater, now's not the time for dirty thoughts" GingerBright said.
"but what if he's in a gay relationship with that one guy? you know, the choco guy?"
"we don't even know who the choco guy is!" GingerBrave said.
Skater began to search the drawers and ended up finding a light blue notebook with Milk's name written on it.
"could this be... his diary?" he asked himself.
"it's not kind to look through someone else's di-" Strawberry was cut off by him.
"too bad!"
Skater flipped open the notebook to the first page.

Day 1,

i'm so happy! i bought myself my own journal! Purple Yam has been wondering where i went, and i told him about this journal. he says it was a bad idea, but i'm just happy to have somewhere to explain my thoughts and feelings. he never listens to me, anyway...

"i feel kinda bad for the guy then..." Strawberry commented.
"keep... reading...! raah...!" Zombie moaned.
"alright!"

Day 2,

i'm having fun so far in the kingdom! taking care of the citizens means a lot to me. i'm glad i'm able to improve other cookie's lives. Yam says i'm overdoing it, though... that guy is so distrusting!

Day 3,

Dark Choco... i really miss him. he saved me from a dragon when i was a child! he's so amazing! i wish to be just like him some day. i heard he went on a quest sometime after saving me, and no one saw him since... he's probably saving the world, though! he's an amazing guy, so why wouldn't he?

Day 4,

i walked by Dark Choco's portrait yesterday and i started to cry. why did i cry? i just want to see him again... i want a letter, a hug, or even something nice from him. later, Purple Yam walked into the room, so i had to bag up my tears. he has a dislike of Dark Choco for some reason...

"oh... do you think he might be hiding something?" GingerBrave asked.
"i dunno... that guy is pretty strange" Skater said.
"are you sure you wanna keep reading? the next page looks... kinda sloppy" GingerBright said.
"i'll be fine!"

Day 5,

i shouldn't be touching this journal right now. i've done something kinda bad! i said i just wanted a drink but i craved more. Yam gave me a whole ass bottle! i feel great actually. i also masturbated for the first time to that picture of Dark Choco and im-

"...i think that's enough reading for now" GingerBright said as she quickly closed the notebook and shoved it back in the drawer.
suddenly, the group heard a loud boom from above them. they looked out the window to see a part of the roof falling to the ground. they also saw a lot of dead bodies scattered around the kingdom. in the center stood the evil cookies, Milk, and Purple Yam. they all looked badly beaten after fighting for so long. Purple Yam had a hard time standing up, and Milk's white clothes were dirty.
"let's just hope he has more clothes..." Skater commented.
they then saw the slender woman enlarge her weapon and cut through the castle. they were in danger. Milk yelled something inaudible to them as the castle came crashing to the ground. luckily, Milk's room was only slightly crushed. they agreed to get out before anything worse happened, but it was hard to get out of a wrecked building. they finally made it out and saw that the evildoers left. Milk ran up to them, worried.

note: wow, i think this is the longest chapter so far! i mainly added the notebook bit to give Milk some character development before the next chapter (i'm sorry for the Day 5 entry). also, i wasn't making Skater or Zombie prominent enough in the other chapters, so i made Skater the main one in the notebook part (since he kinda seems like the type to do that). i also think i'm kinda bad at writing villains, but i tried my best to make them sinister. i hope you enjoy the next chapter!
