Bellamy shifts in the awkward silence. The three of them together in one Rover. Who's fucking idea was this? Actually it was both his and Clarke's, but he quickly realized the error. He just doesn't fully trust Roan, but with Ash here, there is less of a chance of something happening. Though him and Ash have barely spoken since they got into an argument. He seems to keep pushing people away. But it may be for the best at this rate. Between him and Ash, it seems the universe keep pulling them apart. Always resulting in someone getting hurt.

He can't help it when his eyes glance over at her. The way the sun catches the wisps of her hair as it flies away, it seems to create an almost halo effect around her head. Queen of Azgeda. Roan let it slip not to long into their new ride. Bellamy just stayed quiet. For now at least.

It seems just the other day Ash was telling him they need to make peace with Grounders for the first time. Now she may actually form the strongest alliance yet. So why can't he accept it? There maybe even a chance none of them will survive, but that is easier to process than her becoming queen.

No. It's not the fact that she is becoming a queen that he isn't accepting. It's the fact that she is marrying Roan. He fucked up his chances and he knows it. Also it may be a better match, her and Roan. But he wants to be selfish. He wants to have her to himself.

Ash slams the radio down, drawing Bellamy out of his thoughts.

"Clarke isn't responding," she states, looking back and forth between the two men. Bellamy curses under his breath and turns the rover around. They head back towards where they left Clarke and the others. Roan is standing up, using the back of the seats to steady himself. Ash's fingers are wrapping around the hilt of her knife. The same knife she had when they first came down to Earth. Bellamy looks back at the road, trying to stay focus on what is happening. Now is not the time to think about the past.

Bellamy stops the rover where they had left Clarke and the others. But everyone, including the truck, was gone. All that is left is a bag laying in the middle of the road. The three cautiously get out of the rover. Bellamy draws his gun, ready to fire if attacked. Ash approaches the bag, slowly pulling the zipper back.

"Fuck," she mutters. Inside is one of Roan's men.

"Trikru," Roan concludes. Bellamy nods his head.

"Possibly," he responds. Ash stands up.

"Either way, we need to get our people and the fuel back. Then we can give him a proper funeral."

She quickly heads straight back to where the rover is. The two men head over, noticing her studying the ground.

"Tracks head this way," she states, pointing down a different path. Bellamy nods his head before getting in the driver seat. Roan takes the passenger seat and Ash gets in the back. Bellamy drives in the direction that Ash had pointed out. His foot pressing against the gas pedal, never letting up. They need to catch up before it's too late. In the review mirror, he catches glimpses of Ash standing, trying to keep her balance while opening the roof.

Bellamy stops abruptly as they come across another body. Ash leans forward between the two.

"It's a trap," Roan states.

"Clearly," Ash mutters under her breath. Just as the word leaves her lips, Trikru warriors leap from the surrounding trees. One attempts to stab Roan through the windshield. Bellamy gases it, trying not to hit anyone.

"It was not Trikru," Roan states. "I think it's my people."

The other two remain silent, unsure how to respond. They both know he wouldn't order his men to sabotage a chance to save everyone. They manage to catch up with the truck. Two of the Azgeda warriors are standing on the back of the truck, meaning the third is in the cab of the truck. Clarke is nowhere to be seen, meaning she must also be in the cab.

"Get me close," Roan orders, opening the door. Bellamy starts speeding up more. The two on the back of the truck are attempting to tilt one of the barrels. An arrow lodges itself in the chest of one of them, causing him to fall down dead. Bellamy glances back to see Ash had climbed out of the roof. As he gets closer, Roan leaps onto the bed of the truck. Bellamy speeds up some more to keep along the side just in case.

"I can't get a clean shot," Bellamy hears Ash yell. She manages to swing herself onto the driver side of the rover, holding on. It's a miracle she didn't fall. "Get me close to the cab," she orders.

Bellamy nods his head and speeds up. He gets it where Ash can leap onto the passenger. The warrior inside the truck open the window to attack her. She takes advantage of this, punching him hard in the face. During the short time it stunned him, she crawls through the window. Bellamy starts trying to pass the truck now. In the corner of his eye, he can see Ash and the man struggling. He keeps going, passing the other vehicle. He gets far enough ahead where he turns the vehicle around, facing the others.

Ash locks eyes with him for a second, seeming to read his mind. She slams the guys head against the dash, dazing him. She pulls him back up, allowing Bellamy to have clear sight. He pulls out his gun and fires out the window, hitting the man right in the head. Clarke finally stops the truck right in front of Bellamy. The women get out of the cab while Roan jumps off the bed. Bellamy fully gets out of the rover.

"He got you good," Clarke tells Ash, handing her a cloth from her jacket. The blonde's not wrong. Ash's nose is bleeding and she has bruise forming on her cheek.

"I'll be fine," Ash promises, accepting the piece of cloth. The two hug. "I'm just glad you're okay."

"I would like to apologize," Roan tells Clarke. "I had nothing to do with it."

"I didn't think so," she assures him. "We need to get going to get the barrels to Raven."

Ash and Roan gets in the truck after dragging the body out of it while Clarke and Bellamy get in the rover. He follows behind the truck, not wanting it out of his sight. The entire drive, the two talk about Ash. It seems Clarke isn't the biggest fan of the arranged marriage as well. Once they stop, Bellamy changes the subject to Octavia, not wanting the others to know what they were discussing. Ash and Roan were out of their vehicle first, so Roan met with Clarke and Bellamy when they exit the rover.

"We have an issue," he tells them. They look over to see Ash turn a barrel around. A stray arrow had pierced the bottom of one of the barrels.

"Lets hope by some miracle the rest is enough," Ash thinks aloud. She looks at the others. "So who's radioing Raven?"
