"Papa, Rio wants to try that game again! And after that, over here..."
"I'm sorry Rio, I can't bear the roller coaster anymore, so let Marina-san go with you this time."
Shido smiled wryly and touched his daughter's little head as she kept spinning around in excitement.
Shido, Rinne, Rio, and Marina were together in the amusement park. At Rinne's suggestion, the whole family decided to take Rio here to have fun for the day.
Rio was a little hesitant at first, but after playing one or two projects, she completely let go of herself and started playing wildly between projects. This was the third time that Rio had asked to ride a roller coaster. The first two times Shido was able to bite the bullet and accompany her, but on the third time, his heart couldn't handle the thrilling experience anymore.
In a burst of joyous cheers, Rio and Marina boarded the roller coaster again.
Rinne and Rio were the Spirits that were created by the leftover reiryoku of the Spirit of Origin. They appeared and disappeared time and time again. But after a series of incidents, they were mysteriously revived in a new Neighboring World. Nevertheless, Rinne was responsible for maintaining the order of this world.
Alongside them was a girl named Marina. She was a girl with black and white gradient hair, golden eyes, and a traditional nun dress that resembled a religious follower of God. She was revived in this world as well, serving as a caretaker of Rio when her mother was busy. She enjoyed playing with Rio, and the three of them were happy.

And the happier thing was: Shido was summoned to this world!
Shido sat on the bench with Rinne massaging his shoulders with a gentle smile on her cute face.
"Are you okay, Shido? Your face looks pale!" Rinne couldn't help giggling when she saw Shido's face, then she smirked. "Since you can't stand the roller coaster, no need to be a hero~ Not all the guys can handle things that tough, Daddy~"
"No way, I have to look cool in front of Rio!" Shido shook his head while recovering his breath, his face still red.
"In order to maintain your cool image in front of our daughter, biting the bullet and enduring hard." Rinne smiled with a hand covering her lips, then continued. "Although your spirit is commendable, it is not good for you."
"That's true," Shido patted Rinne's back lightly, "but you're the same. You were so nervous when you were on the roller coaster, and just gave up after the first try."
The two continued arguing with each other like an old married couple. They wished this moment would last forever, but fate had other plans for them.
