Yuu's POV

"What in the hell are you bastards doing here?" Taijus vein bulges as he speaks.

Hakkai yells something unintelligble and runs at him with the knife. In an instant Hakkai is being choked, feet suspended in the air.

"Your opponent is me you piece of shit" I spit the words out like they were acid. He tossed Hakkai to the side like he means nothing more than a piece of lint. A snarl slides past my lips.

"This is the second time you've stuck your nose in Shiba family business. It's about time I kill you don't ya think?"

I'm looking for a way to attack when I see Yuzuha with a knife approaching Taiju. "NO YUZUHA" Taiju twirls fast enough that she only cuts his side instead of stabbing him.

He punches her right on the jaw "YUZUHA YOU BITCH"

Hakkai is still on the floor from being thrown, he looks terrified. "Yuzuha what are you doing here?"

She stands up smearing a bit of the blood on her mouth away with her sleeve "I'm here to save you; Tetta Kisaki told me everything."

I'd figured he had betrayed us when Taiju walked in the church as quick as he did. No way had he beaten all three of them in less than 5 minutes.

Taiju pulls his jacket off and inspects his cut. "You fucked up Yuzuha. Thanks to this bitch I had a few seconds to move. So, hate her. How sad, both of you tried to kill your blood related brother. Everything I've ever done has been for both of you."

Yuzuha spits some blood on the floor "For us? Like hell. You did it all for yourself. You didn't give a damn about us. You used words like "family" so you could manipulate us this whole time. You're a demon."

I don't know if I can do this, I keep seeing my dad instead of Taiju. My breathing gets heavy, vision turns red, and stars dance across my eyes.

I see him tense. That's all I need, I'm in front of him in a second, before he can throw the punch he was about to hit Yuzuha with, he's on the ground. I know I kicked him but my body moved on its own.

"Takemitchy, take Yuzuha."

Taiju pulls himself up while I'm distracted trying to get Yuzuha away from him.

When I turn to face him again I see the punch coming but it's too late, just gotta take this one. It lands on my cheek, the force of it throwing me back into the alter. Shit that knocked the wind out of me. I feel a tooth wiggle loose and I spit it out. Well at least it wasn't one of my front ones.

When my eyes focus, Yuzuha has the knife again. "I'm gonna protect Hakkai", something about their determination to protect each other brings tears to my eyes. I see Mitsuya approach her and grab the knife. When did he get here?

"This isn't something you use to protect others. Let go Yuzuha, you're cuttin my hand" he says with a smile.

She collapses into him and he hands her to Takemitchy before facing Taiju "It's you and me now motherfucker"

I pull myself up and take inventory of my body flexing each of my limbs and rolling my neck. Great nothing broken.

"You for real? Don't tell me you're a scum sucking shit who breaks his own promises?" Taiju replies.

Mitsuya starts taking his shirt off. Why? I'm not sure, never understood why boys do that. "I'm gonna tell you something more important and obvious than that. Never hit your sister. No matter how badly she misbehaves, forgive her with a smile. THATS WHAT BEING A BIG BROTHER IS ALL ABOUT, ASSHOLE!!"

I laugh, they look at me. "I just forgot how fuckin cool you are Mitsuya, that's all." I shrug before walking over to join him "Let's do this" this time he laughs, "You sound like Mikey".
