Animal screamed at the owner of the carnival. "JUST BECAUSE WE RUINED YOUR BUMPER CARS, ATE ALL YOUR FOOD WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT, AND DUMPED OUT ALL THE WATER IN YOUR DUNK TANK DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN KICK US OUT."
The carnival owner sighed. "You guys have been here for over two weeks. You have screamed at me and my employees for two weeks. How do you even have the energy to do this?"
Animal's mother stared at the owner of the carnival through the chain-link fence. "If you want us to leave, we will. Just give us a thousand dollars."
The owner of the carnival smiled. "Great! I'll give you my life savings! Just leave!" Animal broke down into tears. "Why do we have to leave? I was having so much fun!" Animal's mother picked up Animal. "Don't you want lots of money?" Animal smiled in a way only the evilest of children could.
The carnival owner handed over two thousand dollars in cash to Animal's mother. The carnival owner smiled "Don't come back. I will literally file a restraining order if you do."
Animal jumped out of her mother's arms to chase a butterfly. When she touched the butterfly, everything went black.
Beverly was still trying to convince Adrien that Marinette was Ladybug when he got the akuma alert. He left quickly before anything too bad could happen.
It's not that he didn't believe Beverly, because he did. He just didn't want to. Marinette was a stalker. Not too long ago, Cat Noir was in love with Ladybug. His stalker. Ladybug had rejected him over and over until he finally gave up.
He had finally gotten over her a few months after he gave up. Adrien had been too caught up in his thoughts to remember to put on his disguise. He stopped running and yelled "Plagg! Claws out!" while trying to quickly finish his transformation.
Ladybug was already at the carnival when he got there. She had the akumatized victim wrapped in her yoyo string. Cat Noir walked up to her. "Wow. Looks like you have this under control, Marinette." Ladybug panicked and dropped her yoyo. "How do you know my name?" Cat Noir laughed, "Bev told me." Ladybug was confused "How did she know?" Cat Noir picked up Ladybug's yoyo and gave it to her.
"I guess she's the only person in Paris who isn't an idiot. It's Adrien by the way. I guess I was right about us maybe knowing each other." Ladybug nearly started to cry. "I'm so sorry!" Cat Noir laughed. "It's fine, I'm definitely over you. No offense."
Ladybug wiped a tear from her eye. "Yeah, I'm over you, too." She grabbed Animal and found her akuma. She devilzed it and threw it into the sky.
Before he left, Cat Noir ran over to the paparazzi taking pictures and videos. "Hey, guys! This whole thing is pretty much over, but there's one thing I need to tell y'all." Cameras flashed at him, "I'm actually Adrien Agreste. I just feel like everyone should know that."
The paparazzi erupted in shouting and questions, but Cat Noir simply left.
