"So you're saying you gave birth to my son and didn't tell me?" asked Adrien. "Yeah, pretty much," answered Chloe. Adrien tried to see her car through the window. "Well, where is he?" Chloe looked at her phone "Oh, I don't know." Adrien was even more shocked "What do you mean?" Chloe turned off her phone and set it on the table. "I decided that I had had enough of him, so I dropped him off at a Taco Bell and let them do whatever they wanted with him." "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!?" Screamed Adrien.
The front door opened and Beverly walked in. "Adrien, you will never believe what-" Beverly saw Chloe "Who is she?" Adrien sighed. "My ex-girlfriend who I APPARENTLY HAD A CHILD WITH!" "I came here hoping we could get back together, Adrikins!" Yelled Chloe. "By telling me that you abandoned our son that I didn't even know about at a Taco Bell?" Asked Adrien. Chloe seemed to get angrier "I WAS HOPING THAT IF I GOT RID OF HIM, YOU WOULD WANT TO BE WITH ME!" Adrien was clearly on the verge of tears. "Chloe, get out of my house. Beverly, we're going to Taco Bell."
As Adrien and Beverly sped to Taco Bell, Beverly asked Adrien many questions about what happened without mentioning that Draco joined a cult. When they finally arrived, Adrien ran out of the car and into the restaurant. They were greeted by a cashier who was holding a crying baby in one hand and calling child services with the other. "That's my son!" yelled Adrien. The cashier hung up the phone. "Well, your wife-"
Adrien interrupted the cashier, "She's not my wife." The cashier handed Adrien the wailing child and slapped Adrien in the face. Everyone in the restaurant gasped in shock. The cashier looked dead in Adrien Agreste's eyes and said, "Would you like fries with that?" This was very confusing because they were in a Taco Bell, and it wasn't even nacho fry season yet. "Please don't call child services. This is my son. I don't know his name or anything, but it's ok because at least he isn't dead."
"Well, check his collar," the cashier said as she rolled her eyes. Adrien, confused, looked at the infant's neck and he had a pink dog collar around it with a tag. Adrien flipped it around and scanned to see a name, but all he saw was the word Wheelbarrow. Then it clicked, Chloe named their son after a tool used to transport dirt. Adrien facepalmed so hard that it left a mark on his face. "Why on Earth would she name our child "Wheelbarrow?"
Adrien took the child back to the car where Beverly was waiting. Adrien handed the baby to Beverly and sat down. "She named him Wheelbarrow." "Maybe it has some kind of significance to her?" said Beverly in a questioning tone. "I don't think I've ever heard her say the word Wheelbarrow." Said Adrien.
Then, another memory. Adrien could visualize Chloe running and hitting a person with a green wheelbarrow. But who? Until, he remembered, Marinette. They were on a school field trip to the most famous garden in Paris when Chloe stole a wheelbarrow and broke Marinette's ankle. Luckily, Marinette didn't press charges or suffer too much damage, so she was back to normal in a month. But still, why would Chloe name their child after that moment? Spite. Marinette didn't go to school for three weeks after that. She was fine, but she just didn't want to go.
They drove back to the mansion. "We don't have anything for a baby!" Exclaimed Beverly. Adrien turned the car around faster than the speed of light and drove to Babies-R-Us. While there, they bought the most expensive things because Adrien was rich and Wheelbarrow deserved the best. When they got back, they set up the room accordingly.
"So, did you kill Luka?" asked Beverly while holding Wheelbarrow. Adrien thought back to that day. It felt like so long ago when it was only a few days ago. "I-I think so." Beverly never liked Luka. There was nothing in particular that made her hate him so much, but rather everything about him.
Beverly looked at Wheelbarrow. "He has your eyes. You should change his name. Wheelbarrow is stupid." Adrien finished putting the crib together. "It is. I don't know what Chloe was thinking." Adrien said.
During all of this, Marinette was still in the hospital in a coma. Tikki was more worried than she had ever been in her 100000000 years of life. Marinette woke up furious but didn't know why.
Ignoring the nurse in the room, she yelled, "Tikki! Spots on!" and ran out of the hospital. She ran faster than she had ever run before to Adrien's mansion. She ran into the house, stole the baby, and ran out of the house. She was so fast that Adrien and Beverly didn't notice the baby was gone for thirty seconds.
Before Beverly could chase after Marinette and Wheelbarrow, she started to choke. It felt as though no air could come through her throat. Adrien was already across the room when he realized. So now he had to choose, saving his girlfriend or saving his son.
