Rise of the Dead

All five of the boys ran across the yard and they entered the forest. As they got closer to the spot where the werewolf attacked Alice, they heard a painful moan. They came to a stop and they helped her to her feet. Alice had claw marks all over her shirt and jeans, there was dirt smeared all over her face, there were twigs, and leaves tangled in her hair.

Austin & Alex were both next to Alice, her arms hanging over their shoulders. Suddenly, they all heard a scream coming from the McCabe's house. "That's Jennifer!" Jacob said then he took off running through the woods. The others followed him, Peter at his side. They ran across the small creek then they finally made it to their house.

The six teens walked across the front-yard, their weapons ready. With each step she took, Alice moaned and groaned. They climbed up the porch-steps and they went to the door. Carter placed a arrow on his bow string as Peter grabbed the doorknob and swung the door open. Peter, Jacob, & Carter were the first ones who entered the house, followed by Austin, Alice, & Alex.

Jacob quietly closed the door then they heard noises coming from the kitchen. The three boys walked into the kitchen and they placed their hands over their mouths. In the center of the kitchen, laying on the cold hard floor, was Mrs. McCabe. Her husband was leaned over his wife's body, her guts spilled out onto the floor. Mr. McCabe was chewing on her liver, blood oozing out onto the floor. He didn't notice them standing behind him.

Peter grabbed his machete, raised it in the air, and stepped forward. Mr. McCabe raised his head and he sniffed the air. Peter stopped and he watched as the man rose to his feet. As the man slowly walked towards Peter, he quickly sliced off his head. The three boys joined the others out in the hall-way. Standing in the middle of the hall-way was John. "Hurry up!" he said, waving them over and he disappeared into his sister's room. Peter, Jacob, Carter, Alice, Austin, and Alex all walked down the hall and they went into Jennifer's room.

John sat on her bed, his head buried in his hands. He has dark brown hair, his bangs stopping at his eye-brows, light green eyes, a blue t-shirt, a Nightshade cafe leather racer jacket, a dark red ruby amulet around his neck. He also has a golden wrist watch, blue jeans, and black & white Nike high tops. On the bed beside him, there was a MK-47, sword, and two Desert Eagle pistols.

Jennifer was in the middle of her room, sitting in a chair. Her arms & legs were tied to the chair, her head bent back, her eyes closed. John lifted his head out of his hands as Peter & the others entered the room. Jennifer's eyes snapped open and she lifted her head. Deep in her throat, she let out a growl as the six teens surrounded her, forming a circle around her chair. Jenny snapped her teeth at Carter, smiled then she laughed.

Jacob pointed his right index finger at her and he said, "Silence demon!" Then Jenny stopped laughing. She looked at him and she spoke in Latin in a deep, demonic voice. He kept her stare and he spoke in Latin. Jenny then again smiled and Jacob told the others, "Whatever happens, do not listen to her. The Devil always lies." Austin & Alex both put Alice on the bed beside John then they returned to the circle. All five of them made the sign of the cross with their fingers, then Jacob started to chant, "Crux sacra sit mihi lux! Nunquam draco sit mihi...." And the other four teens started to chant with him.

As the five teens were chanting around her, Jenny tried to get her hands and feet free. She leaned her head back and she let out a demonic roar. "Dux! Vade retro Satana! Nunquam suade mihi vana! Sunt mala quae libas! Ipse venena bibas!" the five teens finished chanting. Peter stepped forward, stared at Jenny, and he asked, "What is your name demon?" And she stared back at him. "Lucifer," she told him in her demon voice. Suddenly, they heard the front-door open then it slammed shut. "They're here," she told them, smiling. Alice got off the bed and she walked out into the hallway. Austin & Alex left the circle and they joined Alice in the hall.
