This is like the first story I make so if you like if so far rate and comment please! I hope you guys enjoy it :D

He's here.." Piper said to me as I felt my stomach clench with fear, I felt like I was about to see death for the first time. I felt my palms get sweaty and when I heard the car doors slam. They began to shake. It was mid February and it was softball season in Terrance High, I had came down here because Pipers sister was playing in the finales and she had wanted me to be there. I now was regretting the decision to ever come here after what had happened in between me and him. I hadn't seen him in over a year, and the fact that if I had moved on was being tested.

"Dude, why didn't you tell me? You know I hate you for this." I said joking around, Piper and I had been friends since like 2nd grade, I don't even remember how we became friends she was always just there. My thoughts were interrupted by the yells of Victor behind me.

"WHOOP! HOME RUN MOFOS!" he yelled enthusiastically.

"Vic shut up you're gonna leave me and Carolyn def."

"Impossible, Carolyn listens to music full blast every day right!?" he said. I didn't know weather to say yes or just nod it didn't matter because someone else was already answering for me.

"Yep, hes right, may I also point out she listens to that devil music. pft" Rebbecca said her big blue eyes staring at me as if I was some sort of creature from a horror film. She puckered her lips and added, "its not to late to stop worshiping Satan you know... I mean since you clearly dress and look like a feaking satanic."

"Its not to late to stop being such a slutty bitch you know" the words slipped out of my mouth. fuck, i had just ruined the entire get together already. I looked at Vic for the first time in such a long time he looked stunned, as if what I had just said had slapped him in the face, I understood that Rebbecca was his best friend and she was even more than that but he should know that I wont keep my mouth shut to an insult, especially Rebbeccas. I kept my stare on him, he hadn't changed he was still tall and handsome, his eyes were still big and brown, they were still lion eyes, but one thing had changed. He wasn't mine anymore.

"You litt-" Vic interrupted her."Don't start Rebbecca, its your fault she told you that, if you wouldn't have provoked her maybe she wouldn't hav-" Rebbecca interrupted him. Now it seemed like a game, who can say the most without getting interrupted. I dazed off and ignored the argument that was happening in front of me, I thought about the last time I had been in this town, in Terrence.

It was spring break 2012 and I was excited to spend the entire break with Piper and her family, it was the first time i had ever left St. Austin for more than a day. I had my hopes up for party's, all nighters, and fun. Piper had moved to terrace because back in Austin High she had a reputation, Tarrence gave her a chance fora new start and she wasn't going to let that pass. Me and Pipers little sister Katerina had more in common when it came to music and style, i was more boyish and i liked big t-shirts with vans or chucks, i hated exposing my cleavage. Piper on the other hand loved the attention she would get when she wore low cut shirts and booty shorts. i never really cared i mean I thought she was pretty hot. Spring break was amazing, it was something i wont be able to forget ever. I just never thought that i would fall in love.

"Carolyn! lets go." i heard Piper from across the filed, the game was over and i hadn't even realized it. She was standing next to Vic and Katerina. I wondered where Rebbecca had gone. As i made my way to them i heard a loud POP, like when they pop off the cork from a champagne bottle but louder, then I suddenly felt a burning sensation on my chest. I looked at Vic and Piper to see their expression filled with horror.

"Carolyn! NO!" I saw Vic running towards me and i heard another POP i felt the same sensation but this time on my back, then suddenly i couldn't feel my legs. I dropped to the ground, and i saw Vic hovering over me. The sky was a beautiful shade of blue, and the clouds looked so fluffy and soft that they made you kinda find a way to touch. I noticed blacks spots around my vision.

i heard someone faintly in the distance scream out, "Someone call the police a girls been shot!"
