Hello hello.

Welcome to Genesis: the Beginning and the End.

I've been writing my OC since December 2021/January 2022, and the story itself from about February 2022 I think to June 2/3 2022. It's so unbelievably exciting to finally get to show my story to the world. 

Before I begin, I'd like to thank my friend Jens for putting up with me gushing at her about my ideas and spamming her when I couldn't gush in person. I would also like to thank Caspar, who I think I can officially call my Beta Reader. You know who you are, and I couldn't have gotten this far without either of you. I really hope you enjoy this Jens, as you've never read it before, and I hope Caspar can find it in his heart to read it again, Mr. "I only watch a series once".

And now, what you've all been waiting for, some warnings. Now these are in my summary, at the bottom, but I am sure you might've skipped those so here they are again because they are important.

There is a lot of SWEARING- like a lot, my OC is a potty mouth.

Smoking and alcohol feature fairly heavily - SMOKING is not good for your health, but if you do/are going to smoke, please do so responsibly and safely - ALCOHOL is fine as long as it is consumed responsibly, please don't binge drink as it will seriously damage your body.This story contains GRAPHIC VIOLENCE and MAJOR CHARACTER DEATH because, as you know, Band of Brothers is during WORLD WAR 2 and so there was an awful lot of that.

PLEASE READ ANY AND ALL TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE READING THE CHAPTER, THEY ARE IMPORTANT.

Also do not hesitate to message me if you think I have missed a trigger warning. Whilst I do re-read every chapter before I publish, I am only human and may miss something. Trigger warnings will be in bold and at the top of the chapter before the chapter begins.

This is based purely on the 2001 HBO mini series Band of Brothers and the actors portrayals of the members of Easy Company, exact dates and timings may have been altered for the sake of this story. This is a fanfiction, note the word fiction. My characters are entirely fictitious, and any resemblance to actual persons or places is coincidental. There may be, and probably are, some historical inaccuracies. I am sorry. I have tried my best to be as historically accurate as possible, but if there is something glaringly obvious, PM me so I can see if I can fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. 

This is in no way meant to disrespect the veterans, quite the opposite actually.
