HEAL ME (RYEJI)

CHAPTER 26

Ryujin decided to visit Yeji at her apartment this is probably one of her impulsive minds working over her. without any hesitation, he entered the apartment.

"what are you doing here?! Get out!" Yuna pushed her away from entering further.

"I wanna see her." Ryujin looked down at her.

A familiar sound of someone moaning loudly entered Ryujin's ears. That's the first time Ryujin felt her chest ached. It hurts so much that she instantly held her chest and looked down on it.

"I'm sorry." Yuna looked up to her.

Ryujin's breath got uneven. She walked towards Yuna, making her hit the wall. She then aggressively kissed her. Ryujin punched the wall a few times, probably cracking it a little bit.

Yuna grasped onto Ryujin's shirt. Soon she felt a salty liquid around her lips. Yuna put her arms around Ryujin's waist, trying to calm her down.

Ryujin then carried Yuna with her legs around her waist to the couch. Ryujin threw her on the couch and begin to roughly make out with her.

"stop, Ryujin." Yuna pushed her a little stronger. "I don't wanna do this. I hurt her enough."

"fuck her! I don't care about her, you hear me?!" Ryujin slapped the senses out of Yuna's head. "I don't fucking care about your little coward bestfriend fucking with her goddamn boy!" another slap received by Yuna. She then held her cheeks with one hand. "now shut up and let her see me fuck your brains out."

Before Ryujin can go any further. The bedroom door opened.

"what's happening here?!" the couple came out of the room. Yeji saw Ryujin standing in between Yuna's legs. The view from behind is just worse.

"you always ruin the fun." Ryujin fixed her shirt and turned around. "why don't you continue your love making with him while I do her? don't you know we're in a relationship?"

"congrats, I guess?" Eunwoo scratched his head. That earned an elbow on her stomach from Yeji. "I'll be inside." He then went back in the bedroom and closed the door.

"what are you talking about?" Yuna stood up quickly trying to defend herself. "she forced me, Yeji. it was so sudden."

"you lied to me. How dare you?" Yeji walked back a little as Yuna tried to get closer.

"so you've been hiding us? That's not nice." Ryujin put her hand on Yuna's back.

"don't touch me." Yuna slapped her hand away. "please don't listen to her. I can explain."

"save your words for another time. I don't wanna see you right now." Yeji looked away from her bestfriend.

Yuna sighed in defeat. She looked at Ryujin then to Yeji. soon enough, she left the building.

"you too. I don't wanna see you." Yeji said to Ryujin.

"don't you miss me? Even a little bit?" Ryujin walked closer. "are you having fun with him that much until you forget about me?"

"no. I don't miss you." To prevent her getting closer, Yeji put her hand on Ryujin's chest. "let me have my own life from now on, Ryu." Yeji's heart shattered. This is it, she thought. The point where she decided to get her life away from Ryujin. The person she hates but loves so much.

"well then, good luck on your happy wedding, Hwang Yeji." with a shaky hand Ryujin caressed Yeji's soft cheek for the last time. She added a smile at the end. "may you live a happy life."

Yeji couldn't read her face. The words sounds genuine but it's odd coming from Ryujin's mouth.

Ryujin walked back, fixed her glasses and left Yeji alone.

The moment Ryujin got out of the apartment, Yeji dropped down, leaning on her door and hugged herself. Cries managed to escape her mouth and eyes. the unbearable pain she felt is beyond her control. Another person she loved, left without a proper goodbye.

Ryujin stayed up all night, figuring out a way to cope with herself. She couldn't cry or be mad at what happened. In result, she sat on her couch, looking up at the ceiling with one hand caressing her sleeping dog.

"you can find another girl, right?"

"please, I don't want to talk to you right now." Ryujin said to Siyeon.

"I'll shut up then." Siyeon crossed her arms looking around the room. "why don't you get rid of him? She'll come back to you."

"I said, stop." Ryujin said sternly. "I don't wanna think about her."

"you're getting boring." Siyeon scoffed. "I guess she's not that good for you. Get rid of her."

"you're right. If I can't have her, then no one else can." Ryujin sat up, startling Hawk. "but then I have to go too. I still wanna see her."

"now, that's crazy. You have a lot of time to live. Just for one girl and you end your life? you're better than that."

"then I have no option." Ryujin looked at the clock and decided to take a walk outside the building.

Slow walks with no certain direction ease her mind but not her heart. Passed by some alleyways, she saw thugs and random people chatting casually. She felt like she's far from her area. She didn't want to exist right now. Her head cloudy, ignoring everyone and everything around her. then she felt someone dragged her in an alley, her back hit the wall.

"what are you doing is this kind of place, pretty lady?"

Ryujin heard some guys and girls surrounding her.

"take whatever you want, I don't care." Ryujin said looking down.

One of them searched through Ryujin, found her wallet and took all of its content.

"we got a jackpot." A guy said.

Ryujin then felt her abdomen being hit by one of them, she easily fell to the ground. Ryujin looked up at them. She's not in the mood to interact with anyone so she just sat there.

The guys saw her desperate behavior and dragged her further into the alley. Next thing she knows was she became a punching bag for them. Being thrown across the alley and beaten up to death by them.

"are you about to die? Stay alive, bitch." A girl said to her, kneeling down.

"I like a girl that bite. You seem to be my type." Ryujin looked up and managed to sat up. At this point, their punches didn't hurt as much. They're tired.

The girl raised an eyebrow. They all got confused. Ryujin is as rigid as a brick wall. They usually found them dead after their actions.

"go on if you wanna kill me. Your parents must be so proud of you all. Right?" Ryujin tried hard to finally get back on her feet. Cracking a few knuckles on her body, she chuckled. "you guys are wasting your time on me. You can take my money, buy some drugs or something. Thanks for the good fun with you all."

Ryujin walked away from them, swallowing the blood on her mouth, keeping her cool until they can't see her anymore. She then jogged to the nearest café she saw and ordered something. All eyes on her.

The thought of dying shook her a bit. She thanked God that she survived the previous event.
