2- Catching up!

Killua'a Pov

We all walked down the busy sidewalk, heading down to a restaurant. I wasn't afraid to shove people out my way unlike Gon and Alluka who are far too nice for their own well being. At least Alluka is, I don't know about Gon though. Still need to catch up with the guy and get to know him all over again.

Alluka and Gon made small talk as we all walked.
Meanwhile, I thought about our encounter from earlier. Don't get me wrong I'm glad we bumped into each other (or into Alluka specifically) but something doesn't make sense. Why was he running? Gon's stupid at times but not the type to go running through a crowded street.
'Maybe he was getting chased' i thought. Judging by how panicked his face looked. I kicked his back pushing him down on the street as a car was approaching. I was gonna let him die but I realized it wasn't just some stupid careless stranger. It was my friend from 5 years ago, Gon Freecs.

My thoughts were cut off by the young man's voice.

"Are you actually hungry? What time did you eat this morning?" He asked curiously

"I don't know" I shrug trying to think ."Somewhere around 11, maybe 12"
His face was shocked

"Huh!? It's only 1:30! How can you possibly be hungry!?"

I pull a sly smile
"How can you not? I didn't grow to be this tall from nothing!"

He was stunned for a moment but thought about it for a second.
"I guess you do have a point" he said putting his fingers in a thinking position.
I study him, seeing how he's changed. His hair is now longer, as his spikes fly everywhere. Some were fallen and some were up. His skin was pale, just as everyone is from the cold. His green jacket is now dirty with black soot. He looks kinda thin as well. A bit too thin if you ask me..
"What about you? What time did you eat?" I asked. He didn't look at me or say anything for a solid minute as if he was trying to think of something.
"At 11:30 or somewhere around there"

We pulled up at the restaurant and the waitress sat us down at a booth, gave us menus, and left . I sat next to Alluka while Gon sat in front of us. Gon stared his menu and pushed it away.

"I don't think I'm gonna order anything. I'm not really hungry" Setting his menu aside

"What? Come on at least eat something!" I felt annoyed and rather angry by this, but i don'tknow why.

Alluka pushed her menu aside as well.
"Yeah same here I'm not really hungry either"
I sat there dumbfounded.
"I can't be the only one eating! It's about to be 2:00! Plus, I'm gonna look like a real fatass once people see only me eating!" Alluka gave me an annoyed glare.
"Well sorry i don't have a huge aplpetite like you! And your right on that last part you said"
I let out a ticked off sigh
"I guess you have a point"

She gives me a smug expression
"I always have one" she giggled

"Yeah yeah"
I'm always eating something out of habit. I'm trying to losing the habit but it hasn't been easy. It took a lot of self discipline to get this far. I forgot what started that but it came to the point where it was and addiction. My best guess is that I used it for a coping mechanism but I wonder, what for.

The waitress came by and took my order. I look over at Gon who's been looking out the window for awhile now but not looking around, but at something specifically. I look out to see what he's watching and it looks like he's watching a pole.
"Watcha looking at?" I asked
He turned me and smiled
