Hallucinations [HxH story]

7- Feeling scared, Goodbye for now.

Killua's Pov

I went to sleep right after my call with Leorio. He sounded really thrilled behind the phone. We agreed to meet up at diner at 10 am.
I woke up at around 8 am. I did my usual morning routine. I remembered that Alluka had to leave this morning. I'm a little upset by the thought of it, actually really upset. Zushi was gonna pick her up in his blimp, but he said it wouldn't be a good idea to fly it here because of the city. Also, people are very nosy nowadays, so he didn't want to drive attention flying a blimp here.
I make by way to the living room, and I see Gon carrying her suitcases to the living room.
He smiled at me as he placed the suitcases down. "Morning."

I smiled back at him, Alluka came out of her room looking a little upset.

"My backpack broke. The straps broke off!" She whined as she showed me her pink backpack

"Don't you have another one?" I asked as I studied the broken straps.

"No, this is the only backpack I have for traveling." She frowned

"What time did Zushi say he'd get here?"

Alluka pulled out her phone and looked through her messages.

"Uhh at around 9, but he said there's a lot of traffic due to the snowy roads."

On the corner of my eye I saw Nanika come out of Alluka's room. Gon flinched when he saw her, but  I guess Alluka already introduced her to him because he went back to normal when he realized it was her.

I turn back to Alluka
"Well, let's get you a backpack. There's a place 10 minutes away from here."

"Alright, uh just let me get changed first!" She sprinted off to her room to change

I usually get myself dressed in the morning, so I didn't need to. I looked over to Gon. He was making that face again.

"Hey, are you planning on doing something today?"

He looked back at me and the expression went away.

"What? Sorry, I was thinking of something." He smiled like when he did when he messes up

"Me, Leorio, and Kurapika are gonna gonna meet up at a diner 10. I told them you'd come with me. Unless you have something else to do?" I asked, I sounded a bit nervous. I felt like I was asking him out on a date.

His face brighten up
"Uh no, I don't have anything planned for today. Sure! I haven't talked to them in years!" He smiled, he seemed excited

Alluka walked out of her room changed. She wore a rose pink puffer and a light Macha green scarf with some snow gloves. She wore a think pair of leggings and a skirt that ended right above her knees.  Her hair was put up in a ponytail with her beads beside her bangs.

Nanika approached Alluka, and latched onto her. Alluka rubbed her head
"Sorry Nanika, you have to stay here. I'll be back soon okay?"

Nanika unlatched herself from Alluka and sat somewhere in the living room.

I turned to Gon who was just awkwardly standing.

"Hey, can you stay here with Nanika? I have an extra toothbrush in my room if you want to grab that to brush your teeth. It should be in the cabinet below the sink."

"Yeah, okay, sure, and thanks!" He said

I got my puffer that was hanging by our door, and me and Alluka walked out.

Gon's Pov

I didn't get much sleep last night. I felt like I was being watched all night. I woke up at around 6, and Alluka was already up at that time packing. She introduced me to Nanika, the one who revived me when I was dying. She explained how Nanika travels in her locket now, but since she's not taking over a body, she had no voice and couldn't talk. Alluka told me she was packing her stuff so I decided to help her. I felt weird the whole time, in general. I felt like I was still somehow dreaming. There was a weird sandish or maybe staticy effect in my vision. It went away after 20 minutes, though. Nanika must've done it. She secretly hates me. Whatever.
