10- Hospital walk-in

Gon's Pov

*Flashback*

The ship rocked as it sailed across the sea. There were about 50 other people on the boat with me. Most of them were hurled over the boat, pinching themselves to prevent them from throwing up. I was used to being on a boat, so being sea sick was a pretty rare occurrence for me.
I walked to the side of the boat, holding on to the rail so my balance wasn't knocked off. A cool, humid breeze greeted my face, and the salty aroma of the sea pulled me into a trance. I look down at the water, watching how the water splashes around as the boat moves. I look back up and see a very faint island. I felt a huge smile start to form on my face. I was finally back home, and this time, I knew I was staying for good.

About 10 minutes later, the boat finally pulled up at the dock. I rushed to the loading area where I was pushed and shoved through. Everyone on the boat was eager to get out. After a few minutes of waiting and being pushed around, I was finally on the dock. I turned around, and I waved bye to the shipcrew, and I ran off to Aunt Mitos' house. I was occasionally stopped and greeted by the townspeople who knew me. Many of them hugged me and gave me free stuff even when I tried refusing. It took about 15 minutes to get to Mito's house from all the people greeting me, but I didn't mind. I was really glad to be home.

I ran up the hill where Mito's house was at. I made it up and saw her. She was outside hanging freshly cleaned laundry out to air dry. Her orange hair blew around in the air as the wind pushed it. She looked like she was finishing up with hanging the laundry. She picked up the basket and turned around and looked at me. The basket dropped from her hands and rushed towards me.

"Gon!!" She yelled as she hugged me tight.

I hugged her back and smiled.

"I'm finally back, Aunt Mito!! I'm staying here for good this time! I promise!"

Aunt Mito wiped the tears coming out of her eyes.
"Yes, I'm so happy to hear that," She whispered, caressing my head.

She then pulled out of the hugged and grabbed me by my shoulders. "Let's go inside. Tell me everything! I'll fix you something to eat while you talk. " She buzzed.
I nodded, and she picked up the laundry basket, and we both went inside. 'I'm home' I thought. I'm home.
*End*

*Phone ringtone*
My eyes shot open and my body sprung up. I was on the floor with my pillow. My phone rang beside me but stopped before I could even pick it up. I sat there for a while. My mind felt blank as I was trying to remember what I even dreamt about. I shrugged it off and rubbed my eyes. I picked up my phone and checked the time.

*11:43 am*

I stared at the time on my phone for awhile.
"11 am...? I just got here 2 hours ago." I muttered to myself

"Is it really the next day now...?" "Did I.... really sleep all of yesterday?" I questioned myself

My mind was blank. I couldn't think. I groaned as I was trying to think, but my mind felt foggy. I sighed as I held my head with my hands.

My phone suddenly yet again rang, and I jumped as I immediately dropped my phone. I let out a deep breath, I guess I woke up really jumpy. I picked up my phone and answered it.

Leorio's Pov

"Hey, it's Gon! I'm probably busy right now. Leave a message after the beep!"
He sounded pretty young on the voice-mail. Maybe 14 or 15 years old.

I grunted as I hung up the the phone. I looked at the messages I sent him yesterday. None of them were opened. This is the 5th time I've tried calling him. I'm starting to worry a bit.
