Chapter 22

Elisa P.O.V

I can't believe he is here now, Emily said he was coming in two days. Come on Elisa, you know better. You said so yourself, he can come at any time.

"Guys, huddle up!" He said and I listened closely.

Ross ran right behind me and looked at me before looking at the herd of deer. He went to go towards it when I pushed him back against the rock. I pointed towards the group before trying to listen again.

"These beings are the worst things to be ever put on Earth! We need to attack tomorrow night, around midnight! They will never expect it and that should be the best time to fight! Remember, they are very strong, especially since the two girls are on the same side. Speaking of which, keep them alive! We need them more than anything before we can get rid of everyone else!" He started.

"Is that true, or are you just being protective over your family?" Someone spoke out. Without any hesitation, Greg pulled out a gun and shot the guy in the chest.

"Does anyone else have any questions?" He looked around and everyone was too scared to say a thing, even me and Ross. "Okay, like I said before, the reason they need to stay alive is because I can turn them on our side and with their power, I can end all supernatural. Don't worry, they will be dead after all of this is over."

"But sir, this is your daughter and niece you speak of." Someone started.

"My niece was long gone when my brother decided to have a child with a beast. As for my daughter.....I tried protecting her. The monsters got ahold of her before I could find her and now....I have no daughter." I watched as Greg slumped down in his seat. "Get to bed! You all need your rest for tomorrow evening."

I waited as one by one, everyone went to their tents and I listened to see if any were awake before using my speed to tackle a deer and drag it back closer to the cabin with Ross following me. Riker was waiting there and looked as if he already ate.

"You broke your own rules Elisa. You're suppose to have already ate, clean, and its passed an hour."

"Shut up! I got news and had no time to eat, neither did Ross."

"What news?" Riker asked.

"Kinsey is coming tomorrow evening and don't go in woods that way." I said, pointing in the direction I came from. "They have camp there and they think that we will not expect it which is the exact opposite."

"Well, hurry up and eat then get cleaned and come back inside. Emily and Kristen are waiting, haven't seen us since morning." Riker said before running back in the house.

"Alright then, our dinner awaits, my lady." Ross said acting like a total dork.

"I wish we could actually have a more formal and normal dinner out." I started laughing lightly, "I guess that's what happens when you're a vampire and being hunted." I sat down next to Ross as he smiled.

"Being a vampire isn't all that bad." He said which made me laugh and look at him.

"Really?" I said shaking my head.

"Yeah! Except from being hunted, but they do that because they're jealous."

"Or scared." I said, casually eating.

"Well, it really isn't that bad. I mean seriously, you haven't been hunted in a long time since you got with me." Ross argued.

"Ross.....I might've not got hunted, but bad things still happened. You got beat up..."
