Sometimes you need help in life.
You need a professional, in order to stay away from the knife.
You go see a psychiatrist.
You've always been the quietist.
They think you can be cured with pills.
Where in reality, you will need a lot of refills.
The psychiatrist doesn't understand you.
Nobody has any idea what you're going through.
Anxiety cannot be overcome through facing your fears.
This is something you have had for years and years.
It is part of you, whether you like it or not.
Being truly "healthy" cannot simply be bought.
Some things just can't change the way you want them to.
No matter how many times you visit the psychiatrist, there is no way for you to be cured and hit undo.
