"Lloyd? Lloyd! Concentrate!" Kai yelled as Lloyd stared back at him, clearly uninterested.

"Now that the Bounty is in our possession again, we can train you more effectively. But you'll have to focus. One more time," Zane encouraged, trying to pump him up.

"Oh, but we've been training all day," Lloyd whined, rubbing his eyes and stretching his arms.

"It's all to get you ready to face your father. Now, in position. Y/n, observe and tell Lloyd what he can do better," Cole instructed, his tone firm as he gestured for Lloyd to step into the middle of the deck.

I nodded, watching Lloyd sigh and drag his feet as he walked to the designated spot. The other ninja put their hoods on, assuming their stances with precision, while Lloyd yawned and mirrored their poses half-heartedly.

"Whatever," Lloyd mumbled as Kai charged at him first. Lloyd lazily raised his arm and punched, knocking Kai back. He yawned again, clearly unfocused. Zane and Jay then leapt at him from opposite sides.

"Ninja, go!" Lloyd said, sounding bored and lacking energy. He swung his arms, managing to knock both Zane and Jay down with minimal effort, but it was clear his heart wasn't in it.

As Lloyd landed, Cole swiftly approached from behind and executed a sliding kick, sending Lloyd into the air. Lloyd crashed face-down on the deck with a thud, and the others immediately removed their hoods, their faces filled with concern.

"Lloyd, when I was observing, you just didn't seem in it today. What's going on?" I asked, helping him to his feet and brushing the dust off his clothes.

"Well... The latest issue of Starfarer just came in at Doomsday Comix, and it's a limited run. If I don't go out and get it, it's going to sell out. Last they left off, intergalactic rogue Fritz Donnegan was surrounded by the Imperial Sludge, and if I don't find out if he gets out alright, I think I might have my own doomsday," Lloyd explained, his voice rising in panic and his hands gesturing wildly.

"The fate of Ninjago rests on your shoulders. As the Green Ninja, you have a giant responsibility to uphold. I'm sorry, but you don't have time for such childish things," Kai replied sternly, his eyes locked on Lloyd.

"Kai, this isn't what he needs to hear," I whispered in his ear, trying to keep Lloyd's spirits up.

"This is exactly what he needs to hear. You baby him too much, Y/n," Kai shot back, frustration clear in his voice.

"Other kids get to play and have fun. All I ever do is train," Lloyd muttered, kicking at the deck before walking to the railing. He leaned over, looking out at Jamanakai Village as it faded into the distance.

I was about to go over to him when Nya emerged from below deck, her face pale and her steps hurried. "Guys, there's been a break-in at the Ninjago City Museum of History, and the security cameras picked up you-know-who," she said, panic evident in her voice.

"Garmadon!" Cole shouted, eyes wide and fists clenched.

"We have to stop him before he uses the Mega Weapon to start another one of his diabolical plots," Jay asserted, determination in his voice.

Lloyd approached us, a hopeful look on his face. "Can I come this time?" he asked, but we all gave him a sympathetic look, causing him to sigh heavily.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't go, and it's safer if I stay here and train," Lloyd ranted angrily, folding his arms in frustration.
