It's been a month since the incident and Sam went back to live peacefully in his own home alongside his dear mother. Thanks to the evidence that Colby's camera had provided, Jason was sentenced to thirty years of prison. Sam also started to receive help after being diagnosed with mild PTSD.
As for Sam and Colby, they along with Kat and the gang ended up being very famous and successful YouTubers. After graduating from high school, they all moved into their own separate homes. Sam and Colby however, live happily alongside each other. Knowing that it will always be Sam and Colby vs the world.
