Neil POV

I was just sitting on me bed, reading a book about plane and catupult engineering when I heard a soft knock on my window. Isn't it a bit early for Max to be here? I open the window to let him in, and he looks like shit. His hair looks somehow messier than usual, I can see the stress in his eyes, but that's nothing compared to his arms. He wore a short sleeve band t-shirt, and I had a clear look at his arms... What the bloody hell has he not been telling me about? I get up and gently grab his hand and lead him to my bed before getting a blanket and putting it around his shoulders. "I'll get you a cup of coffee, once I'm back, you're going to tell me everything." I tell him and get up to get him said cup of coffee. He didn't object, he didn't say anything.

I got back and carefully handed him the mug, and inbetween sips, he told me about everything, his parents, Harrison, David, the court trial. Everything. Then he started to cry, he tried to wipe away the tears, but they kept coming. I've never seen him like this. Why didn't he tell me sooner? Without thinking about it, I teach out and give him a hug. He flinches at first, but then melts into the embrace.

I'm going to kill his parents when I see them, and if I can't, then Nikki can.
