Max POV 

About half an hour added before David and Harrison get back, and when they finally do, David is acting very,... Well... Un-David. Again. He's got this stressed look in his eye and he's shouting at Harrison. "Why didn't you tell me the court date was today? Now we'll have to delay it because Max isn't here!" He's yelling, but I gotta say, this is some the most non threatening scolding I've ever seen. David finally looks towards the couch where I am and he stops dead in his tracks. "The what is today?" I casually ask. "Where the hell were you" he asks, ignoring my question. Harrison looked stunned, as this is the first time he's ever heard David curse, I was a bit surprised, I thought David cursing was a one time thing, but I guess I stand corrected, still feels kinda wrong to hear curse words in his voice though.

 David sighs and says, "well I guess we should go ahead and get ready so we'll still have time in case something happens." I sit up from my slouching position, " huh, where are we going? " I ask. "Oh, the court trial is today"
