-CHAPTER FOURTEEN: Club Planetarium Arena-

BBJ's Hut, Vinyl City...

"May," Zuke grumbled. "Would you mind telling me what the hell that was?"

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm talking about the Khezu!" Zuke grumbled again. "You looked like you were trying to make moves with that thing!"

"I don't know what had happened out there, I swear! I just got that weird feeling, and then the next thing I know, I was making out with the Khezu!"

"You were acting like Eve out there!" Zuke spoke back, sounding slightly mad. "But you, you were even worse that her!"

Zuke's breath was audible, due to the amount of stress he was experiencing while arguing with Mayday.

"Whatever. I don't wanna talk about it anymore." Zuke returned to cleaning his Dual Blades. Mayday got back to cleaning the spikes of her Greatsword.

"Meowstress, what was that all about?"

"I don't wanna talk about that anymore, Spot." Mayday shook her head. "I just wanna clean my thing."

The morning sun shone brightly over Vinyl City. The people opened their eyes and stretched to prepare themselves for the day.

BBJ sat in front of the TV, wearing their exquisite armor while eating a bowl of cereal. They watched their favorite program, when their show was interrupted by Tatiana's daily announcemnts.

"People of Vinyl City, this is Tatiana. I am very sorry to interrupt your programs, but I have an important announcement to make. Later today at Cast Tech District, DJ Subatomic Supernova will be performing in Club Planetarium Arena at twelve. Be there or be square, as what he told me to say. That is all, and have a pleasant rest of your day."

Then the TV returned to normal.

"Well, we better get ready to go."

"But we're already dressed!"

"Oh. Well, then let's just rest here, okay?"

It was now close to noon, and BBJ had already left the safety of their hut. The rode past the Main Qwasa and into the ethereal landscape of Cast Tech. All around them were antsy people crowding the entrance to Club Planetaruim.

"Busy day, huh?"

"No shit."

Mayday and Zuke once again struggled their way past the bustling crowd.

"Excuse me!"

"Sorry!"

"Hey!"

After finally squeezing through the people, they arrived into Club Planetarium. There was some chill music playing and a diorama of the solar system suspended from above. There was also some strobe lights mimicking the stars in a night sky.

To add onto this extraterrestrial theme, it was pitch black—The only light sources being the strobe lights.

"Damnit! How are we gonna find the others?"

"Bunk Bed Junction!" Tatiana called, raising her hand. "We're over here!"

"Coming!" Mayday shouted, grabbing Zuke's hand and leading them to the others.

BBJ and the other NSR hunters sat in their typical, special seats--minus Nova, who was preparing for the show.
