“So who’s Rhett?” I prompted.

My brother looked down at me shaking his head. “Alpha Rhett belongs to the Blood Moon Pack.”

“Ohhhh…”

“Now Shaelyn this is no ordinary meeting, and its top secret. Its frowned upon by many and we could get into a lot of trouble if the elders find out. So just keep an open mind and don’t freak out.”

Ok now I'm nervous… what on earth is my brother into? Maybe I should have just butted out when my brother was trying to leave me out of this mess.

As we neared Tuckers jeep I noticed a guy leaning up against it. Everything about him screamed bad boy, although he was sexy the vibes he was throwing off sent chills down my spine.

Darren and Blake walked over to him and stood behind him.

“Rhett, how’s it going?”

“Tucker… can’t complain. Who’s the girl?”

“Aw, this would be my little sister Shaelyn. Shaelyn this is Alpha Rhett.”

I extended my hand to shake his; “It’s nice to meet you Alpha.”

He smiled. “Please call me Rhett, and the pleasure is all mine.” He took my hand in his and kissed it.

If his words didn’t catch everyone off guard his sweet gesture sure did. And although I caught everyone’s reaction I couldn’t help but get butterflies in my stomach.

“Well let’s get down to business shall we?” hearing my brothers words I knew I needed to pull away but something in me didn’t want to be away from his touch.

My brother cleared his throat and as reluctant at I was I pulled away before my brothers protectiveness kicked in.

Tucker opened up the back of his jeep as the car next to the jeeps trunk was opened; I assumed it was Rhett’s car. Rhett then proceeded to pull out a duffle bag and handed it over to my brother, who then brought it over to the back of the jeep where I was sitting.

As Tucker opened the bag this sweet skunk smell hits me, it wasn’t repulsive, but rather intoxicating. My brother looked through the bag and seemed satisfied with that was inside, I was still clueless to what it was.

My Brother them handed over and envelope to Rhett, who quickly glanced through it. Once satisfied he gave my brother a nod.

“So you guys want a sample?”

My brother and Blaze immediately lit up with excitement.

“Hell yea, I'm down.” My brother responded and walked over to where Rhett, Darren and Blake were with Blaze in toe.

I was curious as to what was going on and seeing how my brother forgot that I was here I headed over to where they were standing. My brother took something out of Blake’s hand and held it to his lips, and he lit and inhaled and passed it along.

“Drugs! That’s what this is about Tucker…”  I was beyond pissed off.

He turned about completely caught off guard.

“After everything that we’ve been through with loosing mom to this shit, you’re doing it too!?”

“Shae let me explain…”

“There is nothing you can say Tucker that’s going to make this ok… because it’s not! I can’t believe you would do this to me, I know we don’t always get along and were not super close but what have I done to you to make you do this?”
